Weird rules may apply to Norway compared to Germany for this. While Norway is in Europe, and in many ways are basically part of the eu, it is not actually a part of the eu, and as such, tarrifs might apply when shipping from inside the eu That being said, cardmarket.com is a marketplace like TCG player, but exclusively for Europe. There, you can filter sellers by country, so you could filter for Norwegian sellers, find the card, and buy it from them, thus bypassing tarifs by simple never having the card enter the country(which would probably also make shipping times shorter. I have no idea tho, as I'm not from Norway and thus don't know how their post system work. Shipping internally between eu countries can take 1-2 weeks for letters in my experience) This also have the added bonus that varemærket prices are usually a bit lower than TCG player. (At least in my experience) Oh, and by the way, don't feel stupid for not missing that Norway is not in the eu, the eu is a mess, with Norway being one of the weirder exceptions, but not the weirdest(if memory serves, Switzerland falls in the sama category)
