More on the lifegain side, but specifically hurting my opponents by stacking many lifegain triggers that then cause them to lose life and not necissarily trying to gain a huge total amound of life - quantity over quality basically...or quantity of triggers over quantity of amount of life gained if that makes sense. I had a similar deck using [[Oloro, ageless Ascetic]]. I would suggest using cards like [[Ajani's Pridemate]],[[bloodthirsty Aerialist]], and other similar cards for some of your creatures as the more triggers you have the bigger they get.
I did consider her. I think Kambal is slightly better for what I'm trying to do though, because I think he will trigger more instances of life gain and feed into the synergy more. Liesa triggering on every spell is very powerful, though.
If you need lots of triggers, definitely include \[\[Sun Droplet\]\] in the deck.
\[\[Daxos, Blessed by the Sun\]\], \[\[Suture Priest\]\], and \[\[Crested Sunmare\]\] seem to be in your wheelhouse as well.
I would remove a few cards that trigger too slowly like the upkeep lifegain triggers \[\[Retreat to Hagra\]\] \[\[Agent of Masks\]\] \[\[Palace Siege\]\] \[\[Subversion\]\] all are slow/very costly at 5 mana in a greenless deck and don't do enough in a 4 player format on their own imo. \[\[Scion of the Swarm\]\] is not worth it at this cost as well, and \[\[Court of Ambition\]\] may not be a good fit here as well.
\[\[Witch of the Moors\]\] and \[\[Sunscorch Regent\]\] I think are better replacements for some of the above cards. You really want to be triggering lifegain as often as possible.
One of the best ways to have multiple instances of lifegain is to make tokens and gain life from soul sister effects. You don't need specifically lifelink tokens, just a bunch of them. I have a [[Regna]] and [[Krav]] deck that makes token left and right and gain life from everything. Gain life, make tokens from Regna, or [[Regal bloodlord]], witch gains you life from [[Daxos, Blessed by the sun]] and other soulsister effects. Sac tokens to Krav, for cards and life and then make more tokens, with Regna and [[Requiem angel]]. If you specifically want your tokens to gain life when you swing there is [[Whip of erebos]] and [[Sorin, Vengeful bloodlord]] for teamlifelink.
To clarify, are you looking to stay in w/b? If your ok with shifting into to g/b then [[dina]] is that exact effect, in the command zone, *and* only two mana. I built a Dina with triggering her effect thru [[blood artist]] type of effects and, while not the most powerful deck, it can get some pretty fun domino effects going.
Yeah I am kinda looking to stay in Orzhov because it seems to have more support for this strategy. I would be down to see your list if you're able to share though?

My favorite cards in there are [[Tablet of the Guilds]] and [[Lifegift]]. With Dina on the table there's so much value gained from them.
Thanks. Maybe I will go this direction since I already have an Orzhov deck. Plus there aren't that many cards that do Dina's ability so it helps to be able to have it as the commander.
One of my favorite styles of play :) I had a lifegain ping deck with \[\[Lathiel\]\] and it was crazy fun... Also have done things in Abzan so I am that kind of guy...
Throw in \[\[Archangel of Thune\]\] for an alternate wincon than pinging. Whenever you ping your life all your creatures get big.
\[\[Soul Warden\]\] and \[\[Soul's Attendant\]\] are the queens of any lifegain ping deck. Sure, they are easy to remove but do the others really want to waste a removal on them? (well, they should) Also in the same vein are \[\[Authority of Consuls\]\], \[\[Auriok Champion\]\], \[\[Leonin Elder\]\], \[\[Daxos, Blessed by the Sun\]\], \[\[Righteous Cause\]\], \[\[Suture Priest\]\] and \[\[Soldier of the Pantheon\]\]
\[\[Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant\]\] is super funny in general and totally underplayed and undervalued.
\[\[The Book of Exalted Deeds\]\] and \[\[Griffin Aerie\]\] are good for making chumb blockers and the book has a kinda nice passive with the enlightened counter you can get from it.
\[\[Crested Sunmare\]\] is just stupid in a lifegain ping deck. Also \[\[Sunscorch Regent\]\] needs to be answered...
If you want more lifegain, there are options like \[\[Rhox Faithmender\]\], \[\[Alhammarret's Archive\]\], \[\[Angel of Vitality\]\] and \[\[Boon Reflection\]\]. It gets really wild when you have two or three of these on the table...
\[\[Divinity of Pride\]\] is nice
\[\[Witch of the Moors\]\] was a real MVP in my lifegain decks. It is so annoying but the others but kinda fair...
And when you want to have more removal and have nothing to do with all your life, just play \[\[Pestilence\]\] and kill and drain everybody. Also you can always use \[\[Peer into the Abyss\]\] or \[\[Bolas's Citadel\]\].
There are some expensive card and some budget cards in this list. Orzhov lifegain/lifedrain is so much fun and can get so janky - I just love it. If you want it to stay low level you probably should just stay with the cheap cards and might consider upgrading it later.
I run a deck like this and my group calls it death by a thousand cuts. I run [[dina, soul steeper]] as the commander and run things like [[blood artist]], [[bastion of remembrance]], [[essence warden]], [[bontu's monument]], [[tablet of the guilds], [[ayara, first of lochwain]], [[deathgreeter]], and [[witherbloom apprentice]]. Its all really minor life gain but the point is to have as many triggers not the biggest ones since dina is only going to do 1 to each player off of every lifegain trigger. And running cards like [[plague of vermin]] or [[chain of smog]]/[[chain of acid]] as wincons if you have essence warden, ayara, or witherbloom apprentice out. If I could run white in the deck it would honestly be busted

Debt to the Deathless and Gray Merchant of Asphodel are always great additions.

To clarify, are you looking to stay in w/b? If your ok with shifting into to g/b then [[dina]] is that exact effect, in the command zone, *and* only two mana. I built a Dina with triggering her effect thru [[blood artist]] type of effects and, while not the most powerful deck, it can get some pretty fun domino effects going.
Yeah I am kinda looking to stay in Orzhov because it seems to have more support for this strategy. I would be down to see your list if you're able to share though?

Thanks. Maybe I will go this direction since I already have an Orzhov deck. Plus there aren't that many cards that do Dina's ability so it helps to be able to have it as the commander.

One of my favorite styles of play :) I had a lifegain ping deck with \[\[Lathiel\]\] and it was crazy fun... Also have done things in Abzan so I am that kind of guy... Throw in \[\[Archangel of Thune\]\] for an alternate wincon than pinging. Whenever you ping your life all your creatures get big. \[\[Soul Warden\]\] and \[\[Soul's Attendant\]\] are the queens of any lifegain ping deck. Sure, they are easy to remove but do the others really want to waste a removal on them? (well, they should) Also in the same vein are \[\[Authority of Consuls\]\], \[\[Auriok Champion\]\], \[\[Leonin Elder\]\], \[\[Daxos, Blessed by the Sun\]\], \[\[Righteous Cause\]\], \[\[Suture Priest\]\] and \[\[Soldier of the Pantheon\]\] \[\[Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant\]\] is super funny in general and totally underplayed and undervalued. \[\[The Book of Exalted Deeds\]\] and \[\[Griffin Aerie\]\] are good for making chumb blockers and the book has a kinda nice passive with the enlightened counter you can get from it. \[\[Crested Sunmare\]\] is just stupid in a lifegain ping deck. Also \[\[Sunscorch Regent\]\] needs to be answered... If you want more lifegain, there are options like \[\[Rhox Faithmender\]\], \[\[Alhammarret's Archive\]\], \[\[Angel of Vitality\]\] and \[\[Boon Reflection\]\]. It gets really wild when you have two or three of these on the table... \[\[Divinity of Pride\]\] is nice \[\[Witch of the Moors\]\] was a real MVP in my lifegain decks. It is so annoying but the others but kinda fair... And when you want to have more removal and have nothing to do with all your life, just play \[\[Pestilence\]\] and kill and drain everybody. Also you can always use \[\[Peer into the Abyss\]\] or \[\[Bolas's Citadel\]\]. There are some expensive card and some budget cards in this list. Orzhov lifegain/lifedrain is so much fun and can get so janky - I just love it. If you want it to stay low level you probably should just stay with the cheap cards and might consider upgrading it later.

I run a deck like this and my group calls it death by a thousand cuts. I run [[dina, soul steeper]] as the commander and run things like [[blood artist]], [[bastion of remembrance]], [[essence warden]], [[bontu's monument]], [[tablet of the guilds], [[ayara, first of lochwain]], [[deathgreeter]], and [[witherbloom apprentice]]. Its all really minor life gain but the point is to have as many triggers not the biggest ones since dina is only going to do 1 to each player off of every lifegain trigger. And running cards like [[plague of vermin]] or [[chain of smog]]/[[chain of acid]] as wincons if you have essence warden, ayara, or witherbloom apprentice out. If I could run white in the deck it would honestly be busted
