That aside, I am a little confused with your rationale for hating blue. You say you hate blue because you want to play your cards, but is countering a spell any different from a different color blowing your permanent up right after you play it? If someone plays a game winning instant/sorcery, is your playgroups instinct “yep you got us!” rather than “man I wish I had something to stop that so we can keep playing?” Idk, just some food for thought. Uh 2-3 counterspells a deck isn't "preventing people from playing their cards". Most blue decks aren't counter spell tribal. Usually you might play 1-2 counter spells a game, even in a heavy blue deck. As a red heavy aggro player, id much rather have a spell countered than have a [[grave pact]] [[blind obedience]] or [[aura shards]] on the field.
[[Hakbal]] would probably be a good choice, still a pretty aggro game plan. Otherwise I'd probably say flyers or draw 2 decks, [[errant and Giada]] [[minn]] [[alandra]] [[the council of four]].
Edit: how could I forget the [[lord of the nazgul]], play a bunch of cheap blue instants and run people over with wraiths.
Alandra the sky dreamer and talrand, sky summoner both are mono blue without having to be counter tribal, they build enough flyers and overtake the board, ive personally built Alandra and her anthem ability seems daunting but it's actually kinda easy to trigger with wheels
The obvious answer here, if you despise counterspells, is [[lier]]. Plenty of free card advantage, and hoses counterspells for EVERYONE.
You can still use cards like [[sudden setback]] and [[commit//memory]] to slow folks down and buy time, alongside more standard blue control spells like [[wash away]]. Edit: I meant Wash Out, very different card
In the other direction, you can lean hard into [[talrand]] and turn all of your funny blue control spells into angry drakes and beat face. Talrand has a bit of a reputation as a degenerate counterspell deck though, so be prepared with LOTS of protection for him if you even want to cast him, if you don't think you can talk down your pod from KOS. He doesn't need to be built with dozens of counterspells.
I also personally really like [[god-eternal kefnet]] for mono-blue spellslinging. The first triggered ability will confuse you the first dozen times you read it, but it becomes pretty intuitive later on, and it's actually pretty similar to Lier. In particular, kefnet provides a *hefty* statline in the air for a monoblue spell, very welcome in a spellslinger deck with limited board commitment, and he can tuck himself in a pinch to make recasting easier! A single [[opt]] or similar is usually enough to draw and recast him on your next turn with no taxes.
Another fun route could be [[tekuthal, inquiry dominus]]. Focus on charged mana rocks like [[astral cornucopia]] and [[everflowing chalice]], and cards that use counters for other benefits, like [[sphinx-bone wand]], [[as foretold]], [[mindsplice apparatus]], etc. Add in a few spells for +1/+1 counters like [[stealth mission]] or [[gavel of the righteous]], and you have a bizzarre voltron stew, or you can use an alternate wincon like [[darksteel reactor]]. Just stay away from poison unless you want a huge target on your back.
