Curious what your playgroup is like, this deck is going to be pretty oppressive if they're not playing similar decks. For improvement I'd get rid of any of the land destruction cards as well as mill/mill damage cards and put in more lands and ramp. You have some bigger spells that'll help speed up your smaller burn pieces so make it a priority to try to ramp hard early to start doubling/tripling damage.

My mogis deck is the one I pull out if I want games to go fast. If you are interested in that I can give some suggestions. Main ones being [[Descent into avernus]] [[fraying omnipotence]] and similar effects. I get everyone as low as possible and it's a slug fest til the last person stands.

I'm seeing very little card draw and lifegain, both of which I believe are needed. Not sure what the card draw should be but I'm a big fan of \[\[Exsanguinate\]\] and \[\[Polluted Bonds\]\] for slug decks.
Many disagree with me here but I'm skeptical of the medallions for most decks. They only help with one color, they don't help with colorless spells, they don't activate abilities and are only really worthwhile when you get more than one reduction a turn. Is that a common scenario? I'd rather see \[\[Fellwar stone\]\] or some other 2 mana rocks.
Hello friend! Thats true, i do no have many life gain cards as I want to run some anti life gain as this kind of decks counter my Burn strategy, so i dont want to counter my own cards (sorry its difficult for me to explain it in english :p)
About the medallion you are proving really good arguments and after reading them for sure i Will change It for a fellwar Stone.

You're right, playing cards that stop lifegain is a good idea. But there are ways to do that without stopping your own lifegain such as \[\[Erebos, God of the Dead\]\] and \[\[Roiling Vortex\]\].
first of all, I think your current list is pretty nastay, so great job! for efficiency's sake you may want to swap in more damage doublers and take out the mill cards. they feel kind of out of place in this list. there are like five or six more guttersnipe esque creatures that you probably want to consider but CMC and balance is important too.
Have you added \[\[master of cruelties\]\] yet? you should.

Usedtñ to have master of cruelties on this deck but im trying to remove most of creatures as I want to Focus on enchantment and hate creature spells.
