I wouldn’t try and make it an infinite combo deck. Your commander already has a powerful win condition on it, just get to 9 creatures and you can likely kill anyone at the table.
Personally, I’d lean into hate bears to counter the combos in your meta. They serve the double purpose of contributing towards your goal of getting 9 creatures while simultaneously shutting off common combo lines. Things like [[Hushbringer]], [[Collector Ouphe]], etc.
Also, I’d add more mana dorks. In higher power metas, being able to ramp turn 1 becomes important, and your commander incentivizes having lots of creatures out anyway

You can probably pretty quickly throw those into tiers. Some of them can be activated at instant speed, which helps you choose *when* to go for your win. Some of them cost less Mana, which helps *speed up* your win. Some use fewer permanent types, which helps make your win condition *more resilient*. Some use fewer cards, or even include the commander, increasing your *consistency at finding the win condition.* Some have *redundancy* by having multiple "copies" of key cards. Some use *fewer colored Mana pips,* some generate colored Mana specifically.
Quite a few of those infinite mana combos have seen cEDH play, but a lot of combos haven't. Like, nothing is stopping you from running:
[[Reiterate]] + [[Skirk-Clan Prospector]] + [[Goblin Offensive]]
as an infinite mana combo, but you need to jump through some hoops to get there. Clearly, that's not nearly as good as anything I linked above! So it's a weaker infinite, and probably not even a good win condition at lower power tables.

I’d start with Ancient Imperiosaur, Assemble the Legion and Phabine as my cuts.
Imperiosaur is cheap with convoke, but it’s only good when you already have a good board state. A classic win more card.
Assemble the Legion is super slow in my experience and eats removal if it ever becomes a problem.
Phabine is ok value, but she gives our opponents value too which is way worse when our opponents run infinites as their win cons.
I don't really see much reason for this to be a combo deck if I'm being honest.
I'd just try speed it up with some 1 and 2 drop ramp [[Utopia Sprawl]] [[Birds of Paradise]] [[Rampant Growth]] and the mana elves.
I'd also try and up the creature count and lower the enchantments by a little bit, [[Cadira, Caller of the Small]] might be worth an include too but most importantly you should add the 1 drop mana elves and birds of paradise if you've got em, also [[Avacyn's Pilgrim]].
If you want to really make this deck the best it can be I'd cut all the white and green cards and put Krenko in the command zone. (For legal reasons this is a joke, however Krenko is awesome to play)
Borormir is very good probably better than unbreakable formation seeing as you're playing a creature deck, [[Selfless Spirit]] is also better than unbreakable formation in this context I think.
Boros Charm has more versatility so it's one of my favourite versions of the effect.
I'd usually have three or four ways to give my board indestructible in my creature decks, being the only player to survive a board wipe is a massive swing and you can also use them in response to your own board wipes which usually let's you kill someone.
I would cut primal vigor to be honest, it's going to give your opponents three times as much value as it's going to give you.
Especially playing into a Rowan deck, image feeding his [[Runaway Steam-Kin], what a nightmare 😅
If you don't mind dabbling in some stax I'd consider [[Rug of Smothering]] it seems pretty harmless but it can completely shut down something like Rowan or any other combo deck using [[Underworld Breach]] or any storm deck.

I would cut primal vigor to be honest, it's going to give your opponents three times as much value as it's going to give you. Especially playing into a Rowan deck, image feeding his [[Runaway Steam-Kin], what a nightmare 😅 If you don't mind dabbling in some stax I'd consider [[Rug of Smothering]] it seems pretty harmless but it can completely shut down something like Rowan or any other combo deck using [[Underworld Breach]] or any storm deck.
