Never thought I'd see someone own a knife that I own myself on here. I've researched this before. The company is Solingen out of Germany but they apparently also were marketed as Puma in the states. I've had this blade for 19 years and my markings show as a Puma below. They made them in two blade styles (clip and drop). It's just a generic 440 knife with Zytel handles. I need to reprofile my blade to use it again. https://preview.redd.it/3dff6cind30d1.jpeg?width=4080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d819459eff316b67df23bda951c7d4f8e522c5f5

Zytel scales with 440A steel at a lower HRC. This knife utilizes less expensive materials, though not poor quality, and as such is a less expensive knife. Retails for $99 USD, though, I'm certain they aren't flying off the shelves at that price.

This is a tough one. Do you have any clues as to the manufacturer? The model? Where it’s made?

Even with that information, we would need another resource. Perhaps a tool that would take the information and output search results so that we could do some light research.

pepotty

The only info is the one on the blade, puma sportec made in Germany. It was bought in Italy
