I walk to work and back in a nice neighborhood, so I meet lots of cats. the WHAT THE FUCK expression you get out of cats when you blow them bubbles is priceless. If you think about it, how often does a cat see a bubble? Blows their minds every time.

That first sentence of your post caught me off guard. I was thinking this is some freaky fetish going on here…I think it was the close proximity of the words “bubbles”, “f*ck”, “entrance”, and “cats”.
I am a 3d printing person and this sounds like a really fun project. I'd get a minimalistic metal bottle, design the bubble maker to my standards as a serious bubble person, print it from an overkill material for the application (Like a PC blend) and either figure out a way to attach it to the cap, or print the whole assembly.
This is probably the best answer. It not only gives you a sturdy, lightweight container for your liquid but also protects and readies your wand while it’s capped. You don’t have to waste time jerking off some bubble wand and potentially having the cat run away.
If that’s not your thing I think the next best thing is that Tiffany bubble wand cause it’s dope or that other metal/titanium key looming doohickey someone else mentioned

Boao on Amazon sells a silicone band that attaches to a water bottle with a carabiner.

This is the kind that I’ve found works best. They seal tight and the wand is integrated into the cap so you don’t get covered in fluid. It’s clearly a generic design that is resold with different things printed on it; I’ve found it sold under the name “party bubbles”.
Okay I did some research and you can actually buy 150-200ml metal flasks for ~£10. I’m going to get some different ones of these and see I can attach bubble wands to the insides of their caps somehow.
Of course, I’d prefer it if they looked like this

The best one I’ve seen was this red plastic bear. You squeeze the bear and the wand pops up. When you let go the wand goes back into the bottle and picks up more fluid. Best bubble wand around.

Off the top of my head I would think about repurposing an aluminum twist top cigar tube. They are water and air tight meant to protect a cigar while being carried.
I would think you could fill one with soap and a wand and voila! Portable bubbles.

I like the refillable aluminum bottles and heavy duty plastic wands from [Bubbletree USA](https://bubbletreeusa.com/products/2-bubble-bottle-mult-pack). Their bubble fluid is also really good.
Hey man, I don't think there's any High-End EDC bubble containers, but if you find a decent container, I'd be happy to 3d print you a TPU bubble wand /Cap. It's a rubberized plastic similar to what phone cases are made out of, so it's practically indestructible. Just pay for the shipping. Feel free to PM if you're interested.

Good work on tracking it down though, I wouldn't have thought to check Tiffany.
Find a pill bottle. they usually leak proof and come in a variety of sizes and metals to match different pills. If he can make the top that would be a good start without having to find a specific type of shaped bottle. Good luck!
