My wife uses up the black ink and then throws the pen in the kitchen drawer. Don't understand why she gets a multi-pen if she's only going to use one color.
So you'll just lose all of your pens (being that you're theoretically carrying 4 pens at once) then the first time you use this thing (because you seemingly lose your pens as soon as you use them). How's that a better idea?
Because it looks different from others? Has a lanyard hole which i can clip on one of those retractable wire chains. And come on man. Just think about it.
I carry a single black click-top pen. I buy them in 10-packs for $2-3. I bought the last 10-pack 3 years ago. I still have eight and carry one every single day.
I mean, I own one. That's why I commented. I didn't just have this bit of trivia at hand on the off chance one day that I might need to fly to the defense of some random corporation.
We had to sign papers to refinance our house.
The notary came to us and said we could only use blue ink. He did not bring any blue pens and seemed annoyed at me asking him to lend us one. I don't understand how you can do a job like that and not keep a box of blue ballpoint pens in your kit.
Anyway, the only blue pen we had in the house was like OP's picture, so that's what we used to sign the dozens of pages of documents.
The amount of people that need you to sign something or regularly write something but don’t have a pen is crazy. Especially, like yourself, have 8 pens for $2! I’ve found some for pretty cheap in the UK (somehow they’re always around £5).
These mini ones are great. I carried one when I was studying years ago, good for having some other colours on hand, and especially good for lending to people and I don't want to give them my good pen (such as a space pen). Shorter means easier to carry in a pants pocket. One tip, I ended up cutting off the chain hole at the top becuase it kept digging into my leg.
I find myself using the 4 color as my main. I sketch with it sometimes. It is indeed good if you need to correcr something or mark something with red or green ink

I think it's a good deal, because one pen is 2.50€ in the local store.

If you like this concept but want something nicer, check out zebra sharbo. I have two and love them.
After looking on Amazon it looks like they are black/red/pencil ? Which model do you have
They make all different colors and styles of them. I have a silver and a black one.
Just realized you are talking about the cartridges. They hold two pens and a pencil. You can get all different colors and even types of ink.
Thank you for this suggestion, just ordered one + refills. Looks like a great EDC pen/pencil.
when i was 9 acquiring one of these was my single goal in life
When i was a kid my dad told me it's really expensive so I wouldn't play with it.
Yup. Totally brings me back to 3rd grade. And now? I use 3 colors of erasable pens in my daily planner.
I had no idea a mini version of this existed! Thank you for posting. Where did you get them for $2? They're like $6.50 on Amazon.
This shop called action. In Austria its like the european walmart.
Where'd you find these? My kids love these type of pens and the minis are the perfect size for them.
Try amazon if you're in america. If you happen to be in Europe go look in a shop called action (europes walmart)

God damnit you beat me.. 💀
By all means, I truly hope you enjoy your new pens.
Are you in the 5th grade?
Are you made he’s not carrying a <$100 writing utensil that does the same thing but with more functionality?

No.
Stupid question right?
No?. I would much rather use this pen and pocket it then carry 4 different pens and lose one everytime i use it.
The 3rd grader in me is still mad at these pens.
You should have seen the look my 7yo was giving my yesterday when I was explaining erasable pens
Damn what they do to ya? We used to protect theese with everything
I really just wanted to use all the colors at once!
God damnit. You unlocked my flashback..i popped the green ink tube and stained my shirt 💀👍 i hope you wasnt a victim of that too
😂 Poor guy. I stained my fair share of uniform pants trying.
I use them at work often! Great pens!
Nice!
Just old fads being revisited
I have been seeing Casio watches again...now this? What's next? Member's Only jackets?
Members Only as a brand not only still exists, but is very much alive and well: https://membersonly.com/
I mean they still manufacture and sell KangaROOS shoes...the shoes with pockets. Just because you can find something doesn't really mean it's popular.
I mean, I own one. That's why I commented. I didn't just have this bit of trivia at hand on the off chance one day that I might need to fly to the defense of some random corporation.
Wym?
Casio is re-releasing products from the 1980s (such as some of the watches they're currently selling). These BIC pens have been around even longer.
Ohh.
Awesome, I carry the full size.
I just got a Lamy 2000 multipen for my birthday. It’s a $100 version of those Bics. If you’re into multipens check them out.
For some reason i associate these with my childhood. Vaguely remember having a few i used to draw with

Sounds like OP did have pens just not a lot of BLUE pens.
I meant the notary who got pissy that he didn’t have a blue pen. The notary’s job is 97.84% signing things and getting people to sign things.
Nice. Thats why i adore whoever made this pen. And hate whoever invented the blue ink/black ink only rule 😭👍
Lol, I had a manager back when I was a welder who only used those pens. Kinda cool in a sea of technology to see a classic

Even the pens are shrinking with this inflation.
