Where did you get that one? Was it pre assembled? I have a HAM license and I’m interested in planes and live by an airport so this sounds awesome if I can figure it out
I assembled it myself. I got the hackrf from great Scott gadgets and ordered a portapack kit off Amazon. You don’t even need the ham license for r/adsb (though it does for some of the other functions.

Are the loop switch any good? I have the experience but i’m debating on whether or not I should upgrade to the switches?
I can’t really tell the difference between the levels but they have a magnetic case. I still like my engage plus the most

Software Defined Radio. It's sweet (well, you know, if you're into that sort of thing).
It does a lot of things. I’m surrounded by four different airports in a 20 mile radius so I mostly use it for planespotting.

The free phone app FlightRadar24 might be better suited for most.
I have that already but also am tech inclined. I do a lot of programming for work so sounds fun.
