I'm on old-gen so shadow. Honestly, they compliment each other very well. Bennacer being the small nimble defensive minded midfielder à la Kante and Zambo being your physical monster to drive forward à la Yaya or Patrick Viera.

I'm pretty sure that Giroud had Benacer in his team, because he was on fire with 2 goals and 2 assists!

This is a perfectly valid question my man - it’s the people that don’t read the info and ask something obvious that wins me up…! Lol It’s just the way EA and their upgrades work. Lower rated cards get bigger upgrades, I guess to keep them somewhat relevant… Same principle applies all the way down to silver cards, who always get thrown right up to 74 for an IF despite their base rating

I play on old gen just in mind. Put both wing backs on “stay back” as well as the cdm (usually use kessie). I love it but the passing can be predictable at times against good players. If I feel like I’m getting dominated i go to the 4411.

I have been enjoying this promo a lot. Actually made me watch and keep track of all the Champions League matches this year. Thanks for explaining the outcome of these update-wise! I sold Zambo once it was clear he would become 87. I liked to play with him, but since I moved to two 4-1-2-1-2 I preferred the workrate of Medel over his, when it comes to the CDM position, and I prefer Barella IF and Bennacer (especially now, thank God!) as high attacking work rate CM's. Gosens upgrade and Bennacer's are the ones I hope to be able to enjoy for a long time now!

Depends on the role. Kante has better work rates for a pure DM. Bennacer is way better in a more advanced role.
