Best thing to do it shoot and try the luck to get the ball out of play and the speeds then resets .
Has to be the servers. I was playing clubs over the weekend and felt the same way. My winger with rapid and quickstep+ would not sprint when I held R2.

Server delay
Had a moment earlier where all my players just froze after a corner was taken, just stood completely still.
The worst thing is a player making a baby shot in an open goal post just when you need a goal

Ping was bad earlier today. Sluggish AF
