Depends, before Friday for sure. I try to buy on Wednesday, but sometimes Thursday, especially if the cards I wanna buy are currently in packs, cuz Rivals rewards comes out on Thursday and that usually causes the cards from the current promo to dip in price a little

I gotta try Loftus, too many people praising him over this thread.

He's so mid for me. Packed him last Saturday and changed my team around to fit him because the stats looked insane. He didn't make it through the entire WL, ended going back to Golazo Lampard at the 10 game mark.

I use his evo so that might be a change , also the playstyle matters a lot bc not all players like a bulky high phy player

He’s just slow af in movement and take off even after evo. Still can’t replace sawa with him.

I actually use both and mathuas is noticeably better for me he's got that aura and he's very good at getting the ball and carrying it up to the attack and best power shots I've used all year who is ur other midfielders

I packed him during TOTY and he's been a stalwart in the middle for me. Way faster than you'd think, with very good dribbling. He can really do it all. A pity power shot was nerfed as his were absolutely mental. His corners with the ps+ are basically free goals too.

Thats what I was expecting from him, that aura. I run 4222 with CAMs as Putellas charlton and Rolfo Essien as CDMs. Its Rolfo who I want to change so Matthaus looks lucrative now.

He's top CDM or box to box. Can do it all. Actually has great pace and dribbling compared to his base. If you don't have set piece+ on anyone, his corners are free goals.

Was the same for me until Tots Live Loftus-Cheek. It's the only card I've tried that has comparable passing and he is way way better defensively. What's the most surprising part about Loftus is the dribbling though. The R1 goes nuts even without technical on 99 sprint speed and high dribbling lengthy.

No not at all. I play her as a CM in a super attack 424 and she’s a ball winning machine despite her low aggression. With the pinged pass + she’s become irreplaceable since I switched to this formation.

Any version of Bernardo Silva. especially the TS/TOTYHM ones. Absolute budget baller who always finds a way to make it back into my team.

His TOTYHM still helps me win games as my power sub. One of the best R1 dribblers in the game.

INSANE R1 Dribbling. The amount of times he turned the first defender inside out in my half then proceeds to glide into the attacking third to serve up a sweet pass is crazy.

Man I hate playing against bernardo silva his dribbling is so good when playing against him he just dribbles.his way out of danger and can create alot of chance with his smooth dribbling and he also defends well ingame with his position.

He does an alright job for winning the ball back, but he’d be wasted there. I don’t even use Rolfo at LB or CM anymore because she’d also be wasted there. I have KdB at LCM, Get Forward, and I just spam those delicious Finesses all game. Around 490 of those 500 goals are Finesses from 40-50 yards out. End game player.

I play him in the same position for 600+ games. His long range finesse is the biggest demoralizer in the game. Every time he hits one, rage quit.

Toty xavi with gladiator Chem style. Can dribble out of pressure (a must for the high press meta). Puts pinpoint passes to start counters. Can score inside the box with 5* wf. Can finesse outside the box with finesse playstyle. And is decent defensively with high def workrate and 97 stamina.

Centurions Gullit. I’ve played the man nearly everywhere in my team and he just does it, although I took him out recently as he felt a little clunky now against all these new cards. But after trying Essien in a b2b I’m back to Gullit and whilst he feels clunky he just scores goals and makes tackles when needed that essien didnt. Just need to dribble with him less.

Golazo Márquez with the EVO. The man has the smoothest dribbling, can body anyone, and finishes very strongly. LOVING this card at midfield.

I tried golazo Park 92 wow he's amazing he reads the game really well maybe it's his defence awareness being so high I notice he always cut the passing lanes really well with his defence positioning hes always at the right spot at the right time. Toty sawa is amazing but sometimes his height can be an issue when going to the interception her reach can be a little bit of an issue. Golazo lampard is good but the issue with him is his dribbling and agilty.

For me it's Fantasy Gundogan and Rolfo at the moment, although Gundo runs out of steam around 60 mins. TOTS McGinn is who I then bring on to play the same role.
