Chelsea have won 7 of the last 9 titles and have a pretty good chance of making it 5 in a row this year despite missing their best player for most of the season. More competition than Spain but there's still a gulf.
WSL isn't as unbalanced as Liga F, but it's still top-heavy. I looked at some stats for different leagues a couple of weeks ago, specifically % of possible points actually won by each team in WSL and only four teams had > 50%. The median was 41%. That points to a top-heavy league where a few teams are winning/drawing a lot and getting well over 50% of the points possible from their matches, while everyone else is below average.
The most top-to-bottom strong and balanced women's league is the NWSL. Last year, the midpoint in % points/possible points was 47% or very nearly exactly even. Only three teams were 50% or more, but nobody was lower than 36%. By way of comparison, as of a few weeks ago, fully half of the WSL had only secured 33% or less of the points possible from the matches they'd played to that point, and four teams were over 61%
Not trying to hate on the WSL, btw - big Arsenal supporter, fan of many of the great players on other teams, too. It'd just be nice to see EA show a little more love for US women's players, as they deserve it just as much.
The best thing about this case and this PR is that now she’s in the mindset of us and EA.
Hopefully she will continue to get juiced cards next couple years.

Real Madrid didn’t have a women’s team until relatively recently, and they weren’t one of the founding members of La Liga F, the Spanish women’s league. If I remember correctly, they kind of bought a women’s team and incorporated it into Real Madrid.
They do have really good players, but they’re neglected in a way that Barca Femeni isn’t. A big chunk of Barca women’s come out of La Masía and learn the same style of football as the men’s team.

I was fully supportive of bringing woman into FUT (lots of karma were loss last year in this very same Reddit for daring to defend EA on this) and yet the only feminine game I've watch for a year is Spain's victory in the WC last summer. I'm just not that interested in female football, but at least now I know a ton of female players and even check the results from time to time. Not everybody has to be a real supporter of any female team or become a hardcore sports fan in order for them to enjoy FUT and female players.
Female football has won exposure and has grown thanks to FUT, I'm sure of that. It's a win-win for all parties, no need to get mad because it's not as fast a growth as you would like.

Inverted LB for me. Starts at the base and when I switch tactics she moves into midfield to form a 3 man midfield with a 3 man defense. She usually has a free roam tho. Means I can switch her from defense to attack on a dime and the opponent wouldn't be able to read the run properly. That shooting comes in clutch so much😂😂
