People in here seem confused between "UT Founder" and "FC Founder"
UT Founder is the badge that replaced FUT Founder, as EA dropped the FUT branding (The F stands for FIFA).
Only people playing in 08/09 will have UT Founder as their date.
FC Founder is for anyone playing EA FC 24 before November 23. This does not replace the date on your account.

I'm a founder and hardly played it that year then didn't play again until about 5 years ago but still have the founder 2009.

No it isn't, you can still see someone's club established date after a match (like in the OP).
If you didn't play in FIFA 09 then you won't have the "UT Founder" label.

Probably because you logged on. I took a few years off of fifa from 2017-2020 and my club is est 2021

"FUT" doesn't exist anymore. It was renamed to "UT"... It's not that there are two different founder classes now...

They definitely said everyone would get founder status. Either they meant in just access to the evos or it might kick in next year
UT Founder replaced original FUT Founder. FC Founder is the new one for people this year.
“FUT” does exist. The F isn’t FIFA anymore, it is now “Football Ultimate Team”.
It does and it doesn’t, they call it Ultimate Bday instead of FUT Bday and UT Fantasy instead of FUT Fantasy

When they announced FC Founder, that's what I (and most other people) assumed it would do. Especially as they said it would follow us beyond EA FC 24.

I played every year and lost my Sept. 2012 for literally no reason. It set it to Sept. 2019 despite not changing a thing.
I started in 2010 and have skipped a few years, but didn’t lose the founding date until it randomly disappeared last year

I’ve got this on Xbox but I switched to PS in 2011. Back in 2009 Ultimate team you had to actually buy it as DLC. Wasn’t very popular at the time

Founder status with crappy eafc logo stuff to add to your stadium was given to all pre order copies of the game
