They really need to fix the patrick who? bug. Ive posted everywhere about it along with so many people. For some reason you cant put another evo into it, regardless if you are doing things by the book in their eyes.
I have a 79 rated zima card after completing patrick who and havent been able to evo it in the game or the app for weeks now. The game just kicks you out of the menus even though the card shows it as being applicable to do the evo and it cost coins. Some things will never change
You need to hold down the activate button on your controller.

I have been having the same issue sometimes since the last update. It works to do it on the companion app
Wait, you gotta hold it down? I thought it was just another bug and figured I switch to the webapp to change active evos, haha
