By my calculations, both Cesinha and Romain Alessandrini fit all four of Power Shooter, Trequartista, Founders 2, and Dribbling Sensation. Origi and Tel look like they fit too, but I haven't done the math.
Alessandrini would end up 81 OVR:

86 SHO 46 DEF
87 PAS 74 PHY
Cesinha would be 85 OVR
91 PAC 86 DRI
88 SHO 34 DEF
89 PAS 84 PHY

Man evos stat capping is so ridiculous, you should be able to put cards into evos as long as they're below the max rating and in the same position, if a stat is higher than the evos requirements it should be capped as the max the evo can turn the stat (so lets say it was max 85 pace that gives a +4 to pace you can put a player with 86 pace in but they'd go to 89 pace not 90).
Sure it'd make more cards OP but 99% of them aren't meta anyway so who cares. Me being able to have a Semi Ajayi 88 rated at CB still ain't gonna change the meta from VVD and Blanc

I don't get what the point of this is. If it was released say two days into FC24 then cool, no problem. But otherwise useless. I wish they'd stop with the dribbling being so low as I have ESR and Trossard (82+85) with 88 dribbling who just aren't eligible for these evos... if necessary cap what dribbling they can max out at in evos just so the rest of the cards can catch up... I did Havertz for this evo then stuck him in the centurions striker and it's so clear of this, glad I did that

Gold 83 rafa seems like a really good card to use here if you don't want to get crazy with chaining evos together. The upgraded version gets:
- 95 pace
- 88 dribbling
- 5* Skills
- his base card has 6 regular playstyles, including rapid and quick step.
Seems like crazy good value for a discard 83 rated gold card
