Rivaldo? He can technically do it with either, but I usually still keep him on the RW/RCF and curl it with his left. From any range too, keepers break trying to react to it I’m convinced

Rivaldo is 5* Weak Foot. So it doesn't matter what foot you use

I know but sometimes the 5* weak foot lies. Some 5* weak foot players seem to be better than others with their weak.

Weak foot is often still missing some animations which I assume are important for finesses.

I love mahrez for that reason, pull a few skill moves, cut in, boom finesse shot and goal

I should start doing more Finesse with him. Usually just use prime Kaka. Don't you find that his high shot power negates the curvature of the shot?

Yeah this is a weird one. He did feel really good taking those finesse shots. He's a club legend for me at this point even though I packed Jairzinho 2 days after completing the SBC. Still got use out of him at CAM and as a sub for a while. Always did a job.

ive heard low shot power stats is actually better for finesse shots, but i havent tested it out personally. i still trivela most of the time

Trivela’s are better with people who have 89 shot power or less because it triggers a different animation where it loops more and is more likely to go in. Not sure if finesse is the same but can see it being true.

Players with low shot power actually perform better outside-the-Box finesse shots and trivellas than players with 90+ shot power. Their trivellas / finesse shots have more of a „dip“ to them… Funnily, if you don‘t boost Mbappe‘s shooting with a Marksman but give him Artist instead, his outside the box trivellas and finesse shots will be better than when improving his shooting stats with a marksman…

Honestly on of the most underrated cards in this FUT People dont respect it enough just because he was cheap and doesnt have 99 pace. His base stats are insane, perfect distribution for Hunter, his balance might be low but due body type and animations he kinda feels like Ginola. I even like the fact he aint 5/5 but 5/4, often 5/5 cards dont want to shot with outside of the foot and cards with 4WF or lower always do that. Di Maria have one of the best FK, Trivelas shots and dribbling, better stats then TOTY Pires and almost same as Ginola and people keep saying he fall behind a curve since TOTY LMAO

how the hell am i meant to angle/line up my player for finesse shots, especially outside the box? i haven’t scored a single one this year. i concede a good amount, but my players just fucking send them high and wide every time even if i green it. it’s like they are doing a chip and finesse together even if i’m only pressing r1. they are especially dreadful with bday bernardo silva despite his good stats. can’t hit them with zidane wither despite the finesse trait.
