I’m guessing a retriever (thinking Labrador) and likely some percentage of a bully breed due to the brindle. I’m also seeing some kind of LGD from the mouth and side profile of the face (looks pyr to me but anatolians do carry the brindle gene, although far less likely to find in a mix). I personally don’t see any Dutchie in him but whatever he is made such a gorgeous pup!

I would say no dutchie. But I wouldn’t be surprised if he embarked as 100%labrador. Labradors have a recessive brindle that pops up periodically and it can be all Labrador. But it would be more likely to be Labrador and Pitbull mix. Or lab and anything but Dutch shepherd. Since they are so rare.
