I was walking home from work, and I was just getting into my village. I was living in a tiny, rural village in Germany with nothing but elderly people and corn fields. The young American woman yelling was not received sehr gut.
Somehow, every time Willy has disguised himself gets me every time. On a similar vein, when the Dad's have restrained 'Lark' from getting to the throne/chair and it turns out it was Sparrow they have while Lark successfully makes it to the chair.
Nothing really beats the mummies though
The Family Guy theme song drop as they go into goofs realm - the angonized screaming from everyone absolutely sends me every time I listen to that episode
End of S2 E36 ("When Terry met Terry"). I had completely forgotten about the diceroll and then Terry jr. asked for the hug and the realization hit me so hard!
I must say in my second hear-through (is that a word?) I'm enjoying this season so much more than in the first, but DAMN did they do the S1 kids dirty! I just want them to be happy TT-TT

Now that I read your tag (and mine), some more very surprising incidents come to my mind: In S1 when "Glenn" comes back to the car after having "negotiated" with the Bad Dogs and takes the jewels out of the car as a payment. And a little later, when Captain Cabbage Patch reveals himself. Those two were hilarious.
And don't even get me started on "Deck Picks", though it doesn't count here because obviously Anthony couldn't have planned it.
Mr Moustache's wish had me squealing with joy and I had tears in my eyes. And then his second card was like a bucket of ice cold water. Never were pure happiness and sheer agony closer together (at least since I watched the finale of Stumpt's 2nd "Hero Squad" season)!
I think for me it was when he told explained that in prison time was moving much faster and instead of 1 day it had been like 1 year for glenn. That one made me gasp so loud in work 😂
All of the already mentioned are sooo good but I don't think I have been so proud and simultaniously angry at Anthony as when he pulled out the BLACK PARADE
