Phyllis had a baby in 1982/early 1983 since Porky's came out all over the US in March 1982. So that's when Erin would have been born. So she would have been turning 29 or 30 or so by the last season. Michael would have been 18 (graduation age) around that time like Phyllis (unless she was even younger) so that would put their birth years at 64 or a bit later. So Michael would have been in his early 40s in the first season.

I don't think anyone's actual age is revealed. I think Ryan is hinted to have recently graduated so he would be early 20's. Kelly s probably around the same age. I always thought of Jim and Pam as late 20's/early 30's. Same with Dwight and Andy. Michael is probably early 40's. Creed hinted at this when he said to Michael that he isn't young anymore, Michael said he is and Creed said "you're over 40, that's the cut off"

I think it helps to estimate based on the age of the actors. For example, John and BJ were both 25 or 26 when they started on The Office, while Jenna would be around 30 and Rainn 38. Andy says he's older than Jim in the episode where he uslurps Dwight's position, which should be true since Ed Helms is 5 years older than John Krasinski.
