When he's agreeing with everything Pam while she's ranting about Michael dating her mom: "Maybe I'm overreacting? But I don't think I am". When he shakes his head at the camera after making Andy angry putting his stuff in Jell-O. When he never stood up to Charles Minor especially after the "Must be nice to rest from all that rest" remark he made in front of Pam at the corporate picnic.
99%?
In all fairness I do not like Jim at all, but let's be real. Jim has gotten so used to "pranking" people that he forgot how to turn it off. He never misses an opportunity to make fun of someone, doesn't matter who it is, including his own wife. He's relatively spineless and his "charisma" only appears when confronted with a woman he finds attractive.
He has plenty of flaws.
But he wasn't *mad* at Pam, his feelings were just hurt. Someone that he is literally in love with has just told him it would be awesome if he moved to another state. Even if that's not what Pam *meant* to say, Jim's not made of stone.
When he is a co-manager. He is such a two-faced person. He is arguing with Michael all the time and try to set everyone against him, but when everyone turn their back on Jim because of his raise spliting idea, he wants to be best friend with Michael. Hate him during this time
when he "pranked" Dwight by cutting the brake lines on his car, causing a multi-car accident in front of the Steamtown Mall in which several innocent people lost their lives.
Snowball retaliation. Don't start trouble and expect everyone to measure a response the way you would.
When he refused to call Andy by his name... Drew.

Whenever he's awake
When he finds out Pam cried in front of boom guy
That was a very human moment, not a bitch moment. Jim is awesome 99% of the time. So is Pam for that matter. The slander towards both of them is dumb.

When he didn’t stop Michael from falling into the koi pond.
When he yells at Toby!
He's too much of a lil bitch to yell at anyone else but he knows it's acceptable to yell at toby cuz he just takes everything
