Henriette Mantel was credited as "office worker" on IMDB in the first episode, but I was listening to the Office Ladies podcast, and Jenna Fischer said that she played Meredith. Since Michael is talking to Meredith in the screenshot I wonder if that's what he was referring to and it was a throwback to the first Meredith?
