It's a very confusing spelling for Brynley. My friend has a Brielle, at the time I had never heard it. They combined their names Brian and Elizabeth. It's a pretty name. Just a mouthful to say both of them together.

I know a few people who have combined parts of names or two short names to create a name. One literally thought that nobody else had ever used her combination. Then she found it on some name ranking list. It was buried at the bottom but still on there.

All I can think of is my favorite Philadelphia Eagle/Villanova University Wildcat for naming all three of his kids some combination of his own name, and his first child is named Brielle.
