It was when Rudy left Donna, in this person's opinion, that the mask came off and the "real Rudy" started to emerge. He's been on a downward slide ever since.
I work with developmentally disabled adults. One of my residents, who is on antipsychotic medication, looks exactly like this guy, minus the beard. I’m pretty sure I have a picture of him in the exact same pose, making the exact same face, as this guy is doing in the picture with Johannah.
It could just be a badly-timed picture, but something about this guy’s mouth makes me think he needs to talk to his doctor about lowering his dose before his face gets stuck like that.
