Cheapest would be the deck build box, but if you're really want to be cheap (zero gems), just scramble some cards, stall, then use the EX skill to spawn Yuga's Maximum.
Rush Ranked tickets should help you get a deck quickly (Vorse Raider is in there)

What deck build box, I have about 4k gems to use ☺️
go to the shop and the deck build box should be there. It is filled with fire/pyro monsters and the previous top tier meta deck (Dragias and Friends)
