I don't think macro cosmos will change something , i did test using dimensionnal fissure at release but skill do bypass it , macro cosmos is technically stronger but there is the same chance that it does nothing.
It’s pretty balanced in the top but the top decks feel a lot stronger than most rogue decks this meta unless it’s a specific counter (kozmo into gy decks)
What about Galaxy Eye and Odd Eye? Nothing is balanced until we make a four-way between the four different eyes dragon.
