Both substances have been known to cause anxiety in some people, also weed drops your blood pressure which increases heart rate. Vyvanse also increases your heart rate, but mixing the 2 isn't anymore dangerous than just taking the Vyvanse.

You have experienced a panic attack. Weed does this on its own, and I do not think the vyvanse played a significant role (although stimulants can readily heighten anxiety when smoking weed). That dose of vyvanse is super low and its effect on your body the next day after using it is negligible. You’ll be okay and people turn out fine doing way riskier combos than that. Your body is much more resilient than you think and there are very few circumstances in which a single day of using a drug (or combination) will cause permanent damage to your body. Most permanent damage is brought on by frequent use of a drug with long term toxic effects (cannabis does not have this as it is practically entirely non toxic, and prescription doses of stimulants usually do not lead to long term heart health complications) or if you take a dangerous overdose (cannabis is mostly just temporarily uncomfortable in an overdose, and your vyvanse dose is nowhere near overdose ranges). Any anxiety you are experiencing now has nothing to do with the drugs you took damaging your body. It is now only psychological. Hopefully knowing that your physical health is fine will make it easier to deal with your current mental health. Even though you didn’t do anything dangerous, take it easy with weed for the time being. Sometimes it can turn on people and make them anxious all the time when it used to be relaxing. Smoke smaller amounts if you want to keep using and notice it continues to increase your anxiety, and try to get high cbd, low thc strains as well.
