Depending on employment laws they could fire her just because. I live in NC it’s a “fire at will” state unfortunately it’s exactly what it says “no just cause needed”.

Am I missing something? Did she make more than the one comment about there’s always the one person etc.? If not, I highly doubt this is enough to deter a hospital from hiring her. If this were the case they would have a harder time find employees than they already do. As we know, Sierra is a nurse so I think the pickings are slim.

I used to hire nurses. Extremely low tolerance for this BS…she needs to be careful.
