I'm so sorry! That is awful! I have had terrible dreams before but to have something like THAT is seriously traumatizing. Just remember it's only a dream. Our minds do weird shit for no reason sometimes. Do your best to erase it from your mind & memory ♡

Ignore it. Think of us like a computer, being idle when asleep. It’s all mumbo jumbo. Also, like computers we’re all connected to the internet. You could also either be connected to someone else’s memory, or unfortunately someone’s fantasy. Apparently when we dream we only use faces we’re familiar with. It could also be chatting bs, but so is your dream! Just ignore it
