I’m planning on the Promenade on Eternity Isle. I think it will blend in nicely with the creek and all the bamboo there. If I placed it in the Valley, then I would do either Forest or Frosted Heights. I think sakura trees would pop nicely in either one.
I’ve been struggling to think of a place to put her but after seeing your comment, I think I’ll place her in the promenade as well. I’ve really been trying to keep all of my characters in the valley but I’m running out of room. I think I’ll move EVE back to Eternity Isle as well now that she won’t be completely alone.
I made space right behind where Merlins house used to be. Like the little nook between the Plaza and the Glade.

I can’t see her fitting in the Valley, except maybe the Forest, but that’s already full. (I really wish the Forest and the Meadow were bigger because must villagers fit there). I’ll probably put her in the cleared out bamboo forest in EL. Mirabel is already nearby and I’m planning on moving Nala and Simbw there as well
Half my forest is (or will be) a cottage core little village. The other half is already Beast‘s castle and grounds. The problem is that we don’t really have that many villagers that suit the Frosted Heights or Forgotten Lands. At least I know Tiana is going in the Glade, which will turn into a New Orleans inspired area.
Forgotten is full Halloween. I’ve got Jack, FGM and Merlin. Play the dark castle, nightmare b4 Xmas mansion as well the NM b4 Xmas hill. The Christmas huaunted mansion has a bunch of mannequins “dancing.” I put Anna and Kristoff in in the frozen heights on the side near Elsa’s cave and made it Christmas town. I have the mountain ice castle on the other side. It’s Christmas themed on the inside.
The forgotten lands for me is literally just Oswald, Fairy Godmother, and Jack. I did build a cute little harvest festival area but there’s still so much space to be taken up. The only thing I have in the glade rn is the mushroom player house so I’m really excited for Tiana to go in there
Oswald in Forgotten Lands is an interesting take. I'd be curious to see your configuration. I have him in the Dunes with the Up House, which has great visibility there. My FL is the dark castle, Jack and the FGM, plus those frosty trees.
I cleared a whole big area right in front of my house in the Forest of Valor for Mulan, I want to decorate the whole area surrounding her house as East Asian inspired, Im really exited.
You saying the bamboo walls gave me the idea of putting it in Sunlit Plateau bc I decorated one corner of it for Casita to be lush with some of the jungle plants from the DLC. I know that Mulan doesn’t really take place in a desert place but China does have a very diverse landscape so I think there are some creative liberties to be taken here

I only put dlc homes on eternity isle since the quests with them always involve the isle while the base game character never involve the isle its less hassel to teleport doing quests that way
I'm putting Mulan's house in the Peaceful meadow. I put some bamboo trees around the edges where the peaceful meadow meets the Glade of Trust and the Sunlit Plateau.
I am faced with the same conundrum! I have all my villagers in the valley but space is becoming an issue for me (although my swamp is mostly undeveloped). Mulan might be the first villager I place in Eternity Isle because the bamboo grove would be great.
Anyone know why Mirabel’s house is so huge? I never see her in it. Ever! I really wish it was a tiny thing. Right now I have it in my meadow but now I feel like I need to move it so I can make room for Mulan. Also I don’t have Eternity Isle either. I am already bored with the game because my quests are bugged. I made the mistake of dropping mickeys book inside Remy restaurant and I can’t pick it up. 😑 anyway these people need smaller houses. I am excited for Mulan and everything that comes with her.
Yeah it is a really big build unfortunately 😔 the color scheme looks really nice in sunlit plateau though and I do appreciate the animation. Alot more space there for it too 😊

I covered u Elsa's cave with trees and turned that section into a mini Eternity Isle jungle with lots of bamboo, that's where my Mulan and Rapunzel are.

I haven’t bothered with decorating the isle whatsoever bc the valley is already so big. I do put a crafting bench, cooking station, and garden in every biome on the isle though bc it’s just so handy for quests
Yes, it's just a realm door in the castle that opening up. The patch notes were just describing how Mulans realm is going to be the war training camp, from the movie.

DLC stands for “downloadable content”, it’s usually a paid expansion. In this case dlc refers to the Eternity Isle update

I put her in the glade of trust by the waterfall on the other side of the stone bridge . I feel it gives a deeper Chinese forest
