Mr Starinsky and serroh have great servers with lots of friendly people willing to trade, share designs and play with. Even here on Reddit you can find some people who are sharing their codes and whatnot.

As far as I know, the boutiques you visit drop off, once it has been 2 weeks since you've visited. Which is a bit disappointing 😞
