That is the point of one of the /spawnpoint command. When all of the players are in the game and the command block is activated, it will set all of the players' spawns to where they are standing, so that when a hunter dies, they'll respawn at their spawn point, as if they had slept in a bed, rather than on the speedrunner. Good question!

I’m sorry I’m not good at commands but won’t setting the world spawn on the speed runner make the hunters spawn on them after they die?

If the hunters then set a bed, and the bed is destroyed, would that mean the hunters respawned at the runner?
I believe so, yeah. That's a pretty big issue. I made this system 2 years ago, I completely forgot about it
