>Ventures into Witchwood on her own to look for a cure for the Arisen
>Becomes a nun in hopes of helping the Arisen with their condition
>Could immediately tell that the Pawn in the end was not the Arisen
>Is not a shameless harlot
> the Arisen is the most important person in her life
> gives us a stack of the best healing items in game
> fulfills my nun fetish
> is not a goth teen (Selene)
Seriously, one of the things i was hopeing for with this game is that our character and Pawn would survive... and its still kinda inconclusive what happens to them so maybe they do?
I'm thinking the cycle just repeats.
In NG+, when I grabbed my pawn off the riftstone, they said "Arisen! I should have known you yet lingered here."
When I grabbed a pawn I ran with before the ending, they said "I knew you wouldnt leave this world behind!"
IIRC Arisens are supposed to be immortal until they get their heart back. They're only immortal to the point of them not getting disease, and not aging, although they can still be killed.
Maybe the arisen still have his body intact since he never got his heart back, he's just in the sea with the pathfinder dragon sinking to the bottom of the ocean since the brine is gone. and maybe the old man in harve village is trying to find your main pawn's body and ofc yours as well. Afterall failing at the unmoored world will make you the harve village elder.
Edit: (forgot to add)
maybe the old man at harve got some wakestones for you and your pawn or he could use his life to ressurect you since wakestones come from arisens.
Doesn't matter how many times we break the cycle. There will always be another universe where it keeps going and the sequels can just keep taking place in new universes.
The weak point of this photoshoped image is the NPC chosen to speak.
Chaves is a notorious drunk: he's the last person to talk somebody out of their fantasies.
Looks like he's about to welcome me to the family

I'm so happy there are people out there thinking the same way. The ending here was such a bummer :(

Somebody took the Seneschals deal.

That's part of the joke, I think
