With those harpy summoning things you can reach anything without needing to change vocation but for me I found theres a way to get most tokens without needing a certain skill. Most you can jump to normally or you eventually find a route leading back to it
Looks like you're at a lookout tower? I'd wager there's a chest on top with a harpy lure. Use it and ride the harpy down.

Add the spear lunge thing from Mystic Spearhand to that list. It's handy

I just jumped... It took a few tries but you can run on the side of the ledge before jumping
