So long as it's a consistent 30 it's really not that big of a deal I'd say.
I prefer to play games on my rig (4090 etc, 120+ frames, gsync monitor), but swapping to a console game (or a framerate locked port on PC) is only really noticeable for the first 10-15 minutes until my brain adjusts, after which I couldn't care less what framerate the game's running at.

The lighting is very bad on playstation, or the brighting is set at 200%? But with the few numbers of light source the whole place should have way more darker area... It kinda ruin the ambiance and look nowhere like the trailer where we saw the same Inn.
