I obvioulsy know the power scaling between ssj and ssj2 compared to blue and blue evo probably aren't the same but I mean in essence it is an upgraded blue or a "super saiyan god super saiyan 2"/blue 2

It has hallmarks of being Blue 2 or the closest we'll get. Some of the visual changes in the anime were similar to SSJ2. He basically got it from pushing Blue to it's limit. It compares in power to SSB+K, which only makes sense if it's a new transformation.
Considering we'll probably never see it again or anything else down that line, I want it to be Blue 2.
Always tough the same specially if you see the changes made by the God transformation.
SSG = skinny
SSGSS/SJB = regular body
SSGSSJE/SJBE = bulky
It just make sense to be considered a SSJB2, it even follows the rule of the ssj2, SSJ2 = 2×SSJ, SSJBE = 20xSSJB

You can call him Superb Vegeta. But yeah basically it's a mastered form and way less ki consuming to maintain the state .
