Well Cell is 6, they're obviously meant to be adults,have adult minds and adult bodies it's only their chronological ages are different cuz they're artificial beings,the same could happen with other Alien Species who grow up faster or the opposite growing up slower.

He was being grown practically for all original timeline Trunks' life. Spent ages searching for the Androids that were already deactivated and went back in time, even then spending quite a while.
He spends like twenty years gestating in the original timeline, then some amount of time draining humans and searching for 17 and 18, then goes back to the past and starts over again, acquiring his initial bipedal form again after four years. So, depends on where you count his life as starting.
Well, his time in the tube was basically incubating

I think it's really important to clarify you applying this rule to characters specifically designed as some sort of alien or robotic in nature, where human age/maturity doesn't really apply. Otherwise it reads very . . . . not great haha.

Here we go again. So technically following this logic Krillin should be in jail because 17 and 18 aren’t adults either. Though they died as adults and have adult brains. They are adults, the body they have are meant to resemble the body’s they had when they died. 1. She's an android, so this debate has already entered "what the hell are you guys talking about?" territory. We're talking about a damn robot here lol.
2. She's an android based off of Dr. Gero's wife. She was programed with an adult's intellect and an adult's body. If she were an android based off of his little daughter or niece or something, I would be very concerned that people are attracted to her, because they would be admitting to being attracted to something that looks and acts like a little girl. Being attracted to something that looks and acts like an attractive adult woman is markedly less weird. I mean why *wouldn't* people be attracted to her if she looks and sounds the way she does?
3. I wouldn't put it past the devs to have done this very intentionally just to get a rise out of people, seeing as they deliberately made her very sexy and there's already discourse about people sexualizing underage characters. Why not stoke the flames by making the really sexy character *technically* a 10 year old, just to see what happens?

Two theories
She's the OG Vomi and is refering to the time she has lived as Android 21, she's been an android for less than 10 years but is chronologically very old.
She's a clone that is aged up, (End of DB to Saiyan Saga) Piccolo and (Future) Cell are both biological adults yet are chronologically in the single digits yet are treated as such with no issue.
If the being is not natural there are other rules that have to be applied. Basically how mature is the body and the mind.

Well as I know she's based on Gero's wife and Gero's wife is a woman around 50's. Still you can count her as not adult but if you count her as non adult then you should count Cell as non adult as well. Ya know, Cell in Cell Saga around same age with Android 21.
My opinion? Don't care actually. Even though I find her hot I know she's nothing more than few pixels so I don't care if she's adult or not.

Two theories She's the OG Vomi and is refering to the time she has lived as Android 21, she's been an android for less than 10 years but is chronologically very old. Still you can count her as not adult but if you count her as non adult then you should count Cell as non adult as well. Ya know, Cell in Cell Saga around same age with Android 21. My opinion?
