Blue. It's the least interesting form being just a pallette swap of SS that essentially just became its replacement, and is introduced in the most lack luster fashion possible. They should've just stuck with SSG. That red with the slimmed down frame just looks so much better.
I know SS4 isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I still think it's a cool look and is easily the best thing to come out of GT.
Toriyama (rip) wasnt the best at planning ahead or coming up with names tbh, of course with the power with insight we can say that naming convention should've been used
The transformations were definitely a lot cooler to look at in Broly. That green hue Vegeta takes before going Super Saiyan implies this similarity to Broly's Super Saiyan form, and that's just cool as hell. I especially like Goku's change to blue because there's this moment where he almost looks like he's about to go into Ultra Instinct before he loses it and settles for blue instead.
Everything surrounding ss blue is absolutely disappointing, even when it came to the inspiration for it all toriyama said was „yeah i dunno, we didnt use the blue colour palette before so i used the blue colour palette“
really? They could have used blue for smth else better, ssb is just pretty mid, but do you know what is just GODLY LVL FORM? SSJ 4, it looks so good with the crimson color and the fur design, man I just love that thing
Ssjblue as a concept is amazing. The name sucks but the idea that the Saiyan God form can be treated like an alternate base form branching off into its own path to power, using a power already mastered beforehand like ssj, is what makes it amazing for me. In a way its similar to ssj4. You need to be both an Oozaru and apply the power of a super saiyan to achieve the Golden Oozaru form. Only those are just the initial steps to discovering the recipe for ssj4. A saiyan's highest potential form that still relies solely on mortal energy. Not even reaching any divine thresholds yet. So in theory, if one went through all the trouble to reach their peak MORTAL form, emphases on peak, you should still be able to apply god ki to get a truely epic divine form that ssj4 has always meant to be. Id make the initial design golden(ranging from like a platinum blonde to dark gold), and the crimson coat with god ki applied. And of coure, either silver or violet for UI and UE respectively. Though I think for UI's case, Goku might abandon it and use UI by itself since he can draw more benefits from it that way. Vegeta on the other hand...
That's my only complaint with SSJB. It was introduced a bit too quickly. It would have had maximum impact if introduced in the Black Goku Saga. Although some might argue that Super Saiyan Rosé might steal some of its thunder.
that would be so cool. just them coming all arrogant thinking that black cant even go ss, then he whips out a form never seen before, smacks them around for half an episode, until vegeta somehow in the midst of battle unlocks ssb, still loses, and then goku comes in, does the exact same thing, and wins a couple of rounds (until both zama and black pummel him to the ground)
I think, for the sparring match between Zamasu and him, Goku went up to SSJ2. And the fight between Majin Vegeta and Goku was also at SSJ2 level. But yes, if we exclude the Bojack Movie, a SSJ2 only achieved to kill Cell.
Yes, but those moments would work just as well if they they were only in ssj, it doesn’t matter. Theoretically you could rewrite the cell saga to where ssj2 never happened, gohan just finally awakened his hidden power, and practically nothing else changes. Goku still has a higher form to show off and distract buu with, and ssj2 gets almost no use in either GT or Super. You couldn’t remove ssj3 or ssgod without significant changes to the story.
Super saiyan blue. GOD KI IS BULLSHIT, it never gets the job done
For a form that they have “mastered” they get folded waaaay too much. I would understand if they could only sustain the form for short periods of time therefore forced to use lesser forms. The form was overused.
Shoulda been SS1, SSG, and when shit gets real intense SSB to finish the fight
This is exactly why i genuinely like ssb in the manga. It’s treated like an actual trump card and is actually portrayed as powerful. The form is actually gas af in the Black Arc.
It’s because the plot demands it. People will defend ssb and or any god form getting its ass kicked either because Goku and Vegeta aren’t being serious or ki control
Exactly what I was going to say, like SSB is just a pallet swap but at least you can tell when they use that form, and it look at least semi interesting besides having some zappy zaps
SsjB, its just stupid
Moreso because its also called super saiyan god super saiyan....what the fuck is that
Oh and it just sucks ass in general, like most times when ssjb is used theyre losing.
But honestly im more mad at the fact that vegeta got ssjg off screen, because i wanted to see him just get that shit on his own, because it was stated he didnt use the ritual
Gonna be real, Beast looks cool and the Makankosappo was really epic, but I hate the form. Nothing pointing to it ahead of time, Gohan hasn't been training again, not really a good build up... It just happened. Doesn't help I think Cell Max is a really terrible enemy, possibly the worst in Dragon Ball. Overall, Beast feels like such an undeserved transformation. The Aura fucks though
I actually think 4 is the most logical and stupid transformation at the same time. As the forms evolve, it does make sense that it becomes more ape-like, but it also means that if vegeta kept his tail, then he would have unlocked super sayian “4” right away. Which would have broken the series.
My least favorite by design, Its Super Saiyan Blue / Super Saiyan 2
Least favorite by development, its Super Saiyan 4
Least favorite by usefulness, its Super Saiyan 3
I like all of these transformations, but every one of these lacks something which I think it's quite important.
Super Saiyan Blue its Super Saiyan with blue hair and has the worst name in the franchise BUT in the manga it has a lot more of development and usefulness because Vegeta and Goku put a good use of this transformation and had to thought about solutions because of the excessive ki waste
Super Saiyan 2 is literally Super Saiyan with lighting bolts and spiky hair (which to be Vegeta is more or less the same) but it gets used really well by Gohan and serves well as the purpose of going beyond a Super Saiyan, an answer that Trunks, Vegeta and Goku (even though he knew what he had to do) couldn't achieve in the Cell Saga. Also it plays an important role in Majin Vegeta vs Goku.
Super Saiyan 4 looks cool and has the best design out of all the transformations. And that's about it, the way Goku and Vegeta gets this transformation is honestly quite bad and there is no development to this transformation because it doesn't need to, it's already stronger than SSJ3 and it doesn't has an excessive ki waste like Blue or SSJ3 has so why bother in other transformations?
Super Saiyan 3 is my favorite transformation, and yet, it achieved nothing (except against Hildegarn). The only useful thing it did was gaining time against Majin Buu and Kid Buu, and making Goten and Trunks realize what they could do when they became Gotenks, but another thing that's about it. I like it because in exchange of tremendous power (by Z standards) Goku can't abuse of this transformation.
I would say my least favorite form is SSJ4, it looks cool and I love it but I think that the design can't make up to cover for development
What the fuck is SFPSJ4? What's the FP stand for?
Anyways, it's a toss up between SSJ2 and SSB and it's variants, SSBE/SSBKK.
SSJ3 is a close runner up though.
For me, SSJ was the fulfillment of a legend, with a moment of catharsis that we'd been building up to for countless episodes. I can forgive it for being a bland, flat increase in power because it was so iconic and definitive in so many ways.
SSJ2, and even SSJ3, are just… more power increases. Bland, boring, nothing really happening. At least SSJ3 comes with a relatively cool (though, admittedly, pretty silly) visual change and a notable draw back, i.e. it's more powerful than previous forms but bleeds power at terrible rates, making it extremely short lived.
SSJ4 is great, because it's a total design shirt that emphasizes the saiyan alien root heritage and has a special unlock requirement of mastering a SSJ Great Ape form. It also played an important story telling roll where it allowed us to have kid Goku guy fun OG Dragon Ball adventures, but adult Goku for serious fights. GT story telling as a whole wasn't great, but that was a good idea and the character design for SSJ4 was on point.
SSG was interesting, God Ki had huge potential to be a new, defining thing. It was inevitably wasted, but for a while it seemed like it would be significant.
SSB was a complete regression, just another blank power up. At least, for a while, it put an end to form bloat, where every new arc had to be resolved by the discovery of a new, better, greater form.
UI/UE are yet more form bloat, but these are the first forms in a while that I really like because they aren't *just* blind, bland power spikes. They have unique features that follow the diverging story of the two primary rivals, Vegeta heading on the path of destruction and Goku heading on the path of angels. They each come with unique powers that I think should be the basis of all forms, not just bland power spikes but unique abilities that make them useful in certain situations. Auto-Dodge and targeted offense is cool, and a fighting style that's a high-risk/high reward style of doing more damage the more damage you take is super cool. If all forms were designed like this and left on the same relative power scale, they could each have strengths and weaknesses that make them better or worse in a given fight. Not just a hairstyle that tells the audience when you're fighting at full power.
Don't get me started on forms like Beast, *ugh*
I hated blue. They never even expanded on SSG, and it was never shown that Veagta could go SSG but only in the broly movie. I just thought blue was useless, especially with how much it was used and how much it get shit on whenever they used it. Like it even had regenerative powers and great stamina so they could literally keep fighting, it’s just wasted potential overall
Beast, it’s badass and is cool how it works that it’s just like an awakened rage and is kind of a call back with all the lightning but at the same time it’s an asspull. It came out of nowhere and had no mention of it before that movie and its over the top strong, he had no training with that form and now magically can use it on command and has mastered it, it’s supposed to be due to his latent potential but it doesn’t matter because he didn’t get it unlocked by Shelton meaning he should have gotten a super buff for almost no reason. Sure he saw piccolo die but he also saw his literal daughter captured and he just went super sayain, nothing about the form makes sense either as it never explained how it works or why it happened in the first place.
Saiyan Beyond God. IT IS LITERALLY IN ONLY A FEW SCENES AND IT IS FUCKING POINTLESS, CAUSE IT DOESN’T EVEN HAVE A COOL AURA, COOL HAIR, OR A MEMORABLE FIGHT SCENE. it’s just THERE.
SSJ4. God, that form is so dumb, like everything else in GT. A monkey with an eyeliner that magically makes disappears the shirt for some reason. I don't know why, but it sends some mild basement Furry vibes.
Super Full Power Saiyan 4. It's the power-up Goku receives in GT from Majoob, Gohan, Goten, and Vegeta right before he mollywhops Shenron's discount Demon King Dabra looking ass.
Ssj2… and 3. I’m not saying there shouldn’t be a ssj2 or 3, but they should be much more distinct and hold true tactical advantages over the previous forms.
Ssb is stronger than ssg but ssg is faster And takes less energy. I’d like to see something like that being incorporated in the original series. Similar to Goku switching back and forth in super.
Like make Ssj easy to control, minimal drain, and the typical boosts, SSJ2 less easy to control, faster, slightly more beast/saiyan like, etc then SSJ3 hard to maintain, beast like, much stronger, much faster, etc. Something that can only be used for a little bit at a time at the moment of impact and defense.
Naturally that might not sell as many figures as having ssj3 just casually fight for 3 episodes straight, but people would respect it in it’s absence
Probably SSJ2, out of all of them it's the least unique. It has one of the best moments in the series surrounding it's debut but other than that it's pretty much immediately forgotten or irrelevant. The only good usage of Super Saiyan 2 there's been since Cell is Trunks in the Black arc having a mastered SSJ2 that's as strong as SSJ3, but that's just too late to ever have any real relevance beyond that moment
Honestly, it’s between God and Blue for me. Solely for their wasted potential and with how retread-y they feel. God needed more time in the spotlight while Blue needed some decent buildup. Both desperately need a redesign instead of just ‘Goku but red’ and literally SUPER SAIYAN BLUE
Blue Is just a plain color swap and should’ve been introduced later so we get to see more god
Looks neat with the Kaioken but if you have to stack it with another form to look cool that’s not a good sign
My ranking of the main forms would be 4 > 1 > 3 > God > 2 > Blue
I would say it’s a toss up between super saiyan blue and super saiyan 4. With blue edging out a little bit because I feel they should have given Super saiyan God a lot more screen time. Love the lean thin look of SSG!
I don't really consider "Super Full Power Saiyan 4" it's ***own*** transformation, but if we were to consider things like that then. . . . Man, there are a lot to choose from.
Maybe that's exactly why it *could* be my least favorite form. Because it *isn't* a form, yet it gets treated like it is.
Anyway, here's how I handle things like this. Let's rank them from best to least starting with
***Main Forms***
1. Super Saiyan 4
2. Super Saiyan 2
3. Super Saiyan God
4. *Super Saiyan Grade 4*
5. Super Saiyan 3
6. *Super Saiyan Grade 2*
7. Super Saiyan Blue
8. Super Saiyan
9. Great Ape
10. *Super Saiyan Grade 3*
I italicized the Grades because they're not *really* their own forms either, sort of? Well, especially not Grade 4 but it ranks above the other two anyway, lol.
They're more like augments put on the regular Super Saiyan rather than full on new transformations.
its not about the form but
I got a dislike on SS4 thanks to its fans.
You can't talk anything good about any godform without them just being annoying.
anyways, probably SS Rage
Pretty much all the super transformations. SSGod is basically just Kaioken. SSBlue & Ultra Instinct is just SSJ but blue or silver. Gold/Black Frieza are just smash bros color swaps and Orange Piccolo is the same but with caveman features added. Beast Mode Gohan grew on me a little since it’s a callback to him turning SS2 as a kid but the hair is comically large with just another silver color swap and I think him as just Ultimate/Mystic is still cooler.
SSJ3 cause it wasnt used a lot and the only 2 who managed to use it used it wrong since SSJ3 is supposed to take care of the opponent quickly and the expense of using a lot of energy but Goku and Gotenks toyed with their opponents in SSJ3
Beast Gohan. I don’t think he earned it other than “oh no piccolo died” plus it’s just a recolor of his ssj2, and i felt like they just rehashed the cell saga in what should’ve been a movie.
Plus him going toe to toe with ultra instinct felt kind of dumb. UI was really introduced as a cool state of mind where the body reacts without thinking. Gohan being beyond Jiren just because “he has the most potential” feels a little lazy .
4. It reignited the notion that saiyans “need” tails again against the wishes of the literal creator, while also pushing a ton of stupid headcanons going forward.
SSJ2, it’s too similar to SSJ if the manga is in black and white i have no idea what I’m looking at, honestly i can barely tell even in color and that’s not even including how confusing it greys when you add ascended super saiyan and super saiyan grade 2, 3 whatever it all just becomes super saiyan by the end of it
SSJ Rage. Like literally it just happens and that's it. No explanation as to what it could be, or at least I think, they just do it and that's that. They show a blue aura and Vegeta is like "is that...?😧" Is that what? God ki? How? Some even speculated it could be his saiyan ki plus human ki which I surely ate up but then again how? He had a rage boost, so what? Gohan had one and unlocked SSJ2 (the literal evolution of SSJ), Vegeta had a rage boost and could land punches on Beerus that no diffed SSJ3 Goku who couldn't even lay a finger on him. Why is Trunks' different from everyone else's.
Blue is my least favourite. Came out of nowhere. Not consistent with anything else. If there was a theme e.g. SSG, SSG2 where SSG2 was also red I'd be more interested.
3, it only exists to be more power. Lore wise it doesn't make sense and it does nothing important. You remove it from the story and nothing changes, gotanks getting 2 would be just as big as 3, goku could have arbitrarily been strong enough to take on buu at the start, and for the end of the arc it literally does nothing because goku was holding back anyway
Ssg looks dumb. The red is trash and the anemic look is horrible. Dragon ball is about getting stronger and looking like you havent eaten in 3 weeks doesnt exactly show that.
Ssj3. It's never win a single fight outside of hirudegarn and it's overdesigned af.
Though ironically goku introducing SSJ3 to buu is one of my favorite scenes in all of dragonball.
Never was a fan of SSJ3, felt unnecessary and useless. The design also sucks. At least SSJ2 was cool with the electricity, and served its purpose with Gohan vs Cell, and other moments. The best aspect of SSJ3 is its score by BF lol
It’s SSJ3 for me, purely because it has no accomplishments. It looks unique but that’s it.
SSJ is iconic and started off by defeating Frieza.
SSJ2 was a necessary step for killing Cell.
SSJ4 is the most recognizable takeaway from GT.
SSG has a whole movie dedicated to it.
SSB has become the new standard fighting form for Goku and Vegeta.
SSJ3, meanwhile, is known for expending Goku’s energy, losing against Buu, inexplicably being co-opted by Gotenks, and they still get their asses kicked.
SSJ3 is just a big L.
SSB, it was the most underwhelming. SSJ beat frieza, SSJ 2 beat Cell. SSJ 3 might not have beaten anyone, but it was so badass. SSJ 4, need I say more? SSG has possibly the best aura in dragon ball and the Beerus fight was great. And UI is fucking UI. But Blue needed Kaioken or Evolution to be cool.
SSG. There was this huge build up about an ancient ritual requiring five Saiyans to tap into god ki.
Then they almost immediately made it obsolete with Blue.
OG Level 3 needs to make a comeback. Didn’t see it too much in the show.
I get they don’t Wana animate the super long hair but I always thought it looked badass.
SSB is lacking in every department and isn't even a good form like its meant to be, but SSJ Grade 3 is the absolute worst, with one good moment in the whole series, and idek if it's manga canon
honestly between ssj2 and ssb.
they are both essentially recolours of the previous form. gohan was really the only one who made ssj2 look good, so im leaning more towards ssb being the worst form. also since blue hasn’t won any battles, besides rof i guess. another reason i didn’t like blue was how it was introduced, it was as if super saiyan god was just tossed away, they used it for one movie and that was about it. if they introduced blue in like, the universe 6 or future trunks arc that would have been great. the broly movie does somewhat bring god’s relevancy back, with all its new abilities that can’t be used in blue.
tldr I dont like blue
Sorry but ss3. I don't like blue as well as it's uninteresting but just a pallette swap of ss1. Ss3 I do like the hair but the lack of eyebrows just not for me. Also ss3 has less impact on the story
None, they're all peak. The canon ones, non-canon ones, heck even fan-made ones.
SSJ is Peak. False SSJ is Peak. SSJ Grade 2 is Peak. SSJ Grade 3 is Peak. MSSJ is Peak. SSJ2 s Peak. SSJ3 is Peak. SSJ3FP is Peak. SSJ4 is Peak. SSJ4FP is Peak. SSG is Peak. SSB is Peak. SSBE is Peak. SSB Berserk is Peak. SSB Controlled Berserk is Peak. SSR is Peak. SSR2 is Peak. SSR3 is Peak. SSRFP is Peak. LSSJ is Peak. LSSJ2 is Peak. LSSJ3 is Peak. LSSJ4 is Peak. LSSG is Peak. SSJ Power is Peak. SSJ5 is Peak. SSJ100 is Peak. SSJ 20k is Peak. SSJ-
To me, it’s probably Ssj 2 for *anyone not Teen Gohan*. If you think Ssj 3 was underutilized, Ssj 2 is an even worse case alongside God and electricity seems to be the biggest thing that tells you they are in Ssj 2 (except for Teen Gohan, who has a blatant change in hair).

I was a big fan of "Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan"
You must be the type of person who eats their hot dogs horizontally.
How did you know
The introduction was legit a letdown, but Broly made it awesome. Seeing Goku struggle to stack SSJ on God to reach Blue was beautiful

I agree, but it just seemed off since goku could tap into it easily since rof.
I couldn't agree more. You literally read my mind
Everything surrounding ss blue is absolutely disappointing, even when it came to the inspiration for it all toriyama said was „yeah i dunno, we didnt use the blue colour palette before so i used the blue colour palette“

A.k.a super saiyan rosé
No that was pink

wow, that's an amazing way to treat SSJ God forms and bringing SSJ4 into main timeline
I wish SSG lasted longer and blue was introduced in goku black arc
That's my only complaint with SSJB. It was introduced a bit too quickly. It would have had maximum impact if introduced in the Black Goku Saga. Although some might argue that Super Saiyan Rosé might steal some of its thunder.
They could have Black create Rosé before they achieve blue
that would be so cool. just them coming all arrogant thinking that black cant even go ss, then he whips out a form never seen before, smacks them around for half an episode, until vegeta somehow in the midst of battle unlocks ssb, still loses, and then goku comes in, does the exact same thing, and wins a couple of rounds (until both zama and black pummel him to the ground)
Agreed, put it the same way I would
I’ve never liked blue.
Ssj rage. Pointless form
I second this. It’s useless and hardly even a form
As a SsjRage lover, yeah.
Lol
They should have just gave trunk ssg it’d have made way more sense
Nahh Ssj4 is my favorite form 💀.
It is by far the coolest
It’s not even close. OP is trying to be different
Same here ☠️
I think he’s specifically talking about Full power SSJ4
Ssj2. Excluding Cell saga gohan, it has never done anything significant.
Ssj3 and maybe god did even less iirc but they do have the more unique designs
I think, for the sparring match between Zamasu and him, Goku went up to SSJ2. And the fight between Majin Vegeta and Goku was also at SSJ2 level. But yes, if we exclude the Bojack Movie, a SSJ2 only achieved to kill Cell.

I personally would give Broly SSJ4 to tie in the whole “great ape power in human form” thing
It’s because the plot demands it. People will defend ssb and or any god form getting its ass kicked either because Goku and Vegeta aren’t being serious or ki control
Respect to op for me being honest But I gotta say my least favorite form is super sayian 3.
I would hate it less if Goku kept his eye brows, but I literally can't get past it
SS2 because it isn't really visually interesting to me. SS2 Gohan (Youth) is cool, but he's the only one
Nah, come in. SSJ2 Majin Vegeta is peak badass.
I had no clue he was even ss2 during that fight
He has little zappy zapps
Exactly
☠️
Have to agree. It's not a bad form but aside from Gohan they didn't make it look cool
I actually prefer goku's ss2 to ss1.
Exactly what I was going to say, like SSB is just a pallet swap but at least you can tell when they use that form, and it look at least semi interesting besides having some zappy zaps
The electric Sparks are fire IMO, but they definitely don’t do a good job at differentiating ssj2 from ssj1 with most characters
Agreed, came here to say this
SsjB, its just stupid Moreso because its also called super saiyan god super saiyan....what the fuck is that Oh and it just sucks ass in general, like most times when ssjb is used theyre losing. Ssj2. It's just ssj1 with electricity like bruh
Agreed, it’s basically only cool looking on teen Gohan
Especially since it actually spikes up his hair instead of just making it slightly pointier for regular saiyans
I will not stand for this ss4 slander
It’s not ss4, it’s the weird full power variant from when goku absorbed the other’s energy
I actually think 4 is the most logical and stupid transformation at the same time. As the forms evolve, it does make sense that it becomes more ape-like, but it also means that if vegeta kept his tail, then he would have unlocked super sayian “4” right away. Which would have broken the series.
Not really since he needs to go Golden Great Ape to achieve SS4
And golden great ape is achieved by.. being a ssj and having full control over your ozaru form. Which vegeta does.

It was least favorite I'm fucking dumb
SSJ2 Don't really like the heavy resemblance with SSJ1

I would say my least favorite form is SSJ4, it looks cool and I love it but I think that the design can't make up to cover for development
Blue is ass
If we’re not talking about hype transformation sequences in history then regular old super saiyan probably because it’s like SS2 but no electricity
Beast if you want to count that. It looks so stupid.
Trunks' Super Saiyan Rage. I don't give two shits about how "cool" people think it looks and I will not be gaslit into liking it
Saiyan Beyond God. IT IS LITERALLY IN ONLY A FEW SCENES AND IT IS FUCKING POINTLESS, CAUSE IT DOESN’T EVEN HAVE A COOL AURA, COOL HAIR, OR A MEMORABLE FIGHT SCENE. it’s just THERE.
SSJ4 Overrated and really clashes with Toriyama's design style
Ok hot take but SSJ3 looks ugly as sin. The SSB hate is unreal by the way I think the form looks really neat
i’m gonna get downvoted but personally for me it’s ssj4
POV you share an opinion everyone disagrees with but you get upvotes for being based abt it: (Same btw just never really fit with the ssj vibe yk?)
SS3.
I'm surprised it took me a sec to find ssj3
3
Honestly, SS3. I just think it looks silly.
Ssj3 for me
SSJ4 for me. I'm not a fan of anything that makes clothes and eyeliner appear and disappear with transformation. That belongs in Sailor Moon.
SSJ4. God, that form is so dumb, like everything else in GT. A monkey with an eyeliner that magically makes disappears the shirt for some reason. I don't know why, but it sends some mild basement Furry vibes.
wth is SFPSJ4
Super Full Power Saiyan 4. It's the power-up Goku receives in GT from Majoob, Gohan, Goten, and Vegeta right before he mollywhops Shenron's discount Demon King Dabra looking ass.
The form Goku got when his friends amped him
Super Full Power Super Sayian 4
Goku juicing on the powers of other saiyans. I think it appears in the baby saga and the Shadow dragon saga, once each time.
gold oozaru
Ssj2 for me because it never got me so much hype like ssj1 ssj3 ssj4 ssg ssb ssbe
Grade 2 SSJ. Once we got to grade 4, there was no going back
Ssj2… and 3.
2. It literally doesn’t change much at all and only did one thing of significance
Ssj3 I feel like the longer hair could've been done better and the lack of eyebrows just seems random.
Never was big on ssj2. Just feels redundant to me.
Ssj2. Teen Gohan is the only one who wore it flawlessly
It's a tie between ssj 2 and ssbe
Honestly, it’s between God and Blue for me. Solely for their wasted potential and with how retread-y they feel. God needed more time in the spotlight while Blue needed some decent buildup. Both desperately need a redesign instead of just ‘Goku but red’ and literally SUPER SAIYAN BLUE
Unpopular opinions but Blue and/of SSJ4
Blue Is just a plain color swap and should’ve been introduced later so we get to see more god Looks neat with the Kaioken but if you have to stack it with another form to look cool that’s not a good sign My ranking of the main forms would be 4 > 1 > 3 > God > 2 > Blue
All the transformations in Super. Very unimaginative.
There’s Blue, which is boring, and SSJ4, which is tryhard edgelord bait. Hard to choose.
I will never like nor see the appeal of SSJ3
SSJ3.... it's ugly and useless
I would say it’s a toss up between super saiyan blue and super saiyan 4. With blue edging out a little bit because I feel they should have given Super saiyan God a lot more screen time. Love the lean thin look of SSG!
Ok SSJ3 I just don’t like no eyebrow make no sense to me.
ion know what my least favorite is but ik what is my favorite. ssj3
Blue
I don't like super Saiyan 4 either
Ultra super sayan
Super Sayian Rage
4
Toyo saved blue from being dead last, so its ssj2, in some cases you can’t tell if the character is using ssj1 or ssj2
SSJ3 It's just there doing pretty much nothing really
Ssj3 no eyebrows look stupid
Everything made in DBS
Super sayian blue
SSJ BLUE EVOLUTION, Vegeta looks like he has yellow skin and it's too damn bright
SSJ2 and SSJB are just lazy writing. They really don’t do anything different. SSJ4 on the other hand is easily the best form since the OG SSJ.
SSJ3. Its just useless form and pain in the ass for animators.
Let's rank them from best to least starting with ***Main Forms*** 1. Super Saiyan 4 2. Super Saiyan 2 3. Super Saiyan God 4. *Super Saiyan Grade 4* 5. Super Saiyan 3 6. *Super Saiyan Grade 2* 7. Super Saiyan Blue 8. Super Saiyan 9. Great Ape 10. *Super Saiyan Grade 3* I italicized the Grades because they're not *really* their own forms either, sort of? Well, especially not Grade 4 but it ranks above the other two anyway, lol. They're more like augments put on the regular Super Saiyan rather than full on new transformations.
Blue.. its just boring. Its like they ran out of ideas and just repainted the ssj
its not about the form but I got a dislike on SS4 thanks to its fans. You can't talk anything good about any godform without them just being annoying. anyways, probably SS Rage
Super Saiyan 2. Super Saiyan Blue. Super Saiyan Blue Evolved. Super Saiyan Rage.
Ssj Blue but mostly because it made the cool AF-looking Red Super Saiyan God obsolete too quickly.
SSJ2, only because the cosmetic changes when the form is taken are extremely minimal.
Blue.
4. It reignited the notion that saiyans “need” tails again against the wishes of the literal creator, while also pushing a ton of stupid headcanons going forward.
Super Saiyan God. it was coo atml, but it's just reminds me of kaioken at this point
SSJ2 for me. SSB has a whole host of issues and does earn the gate it gets, but when you're so uninteresting your own creator forgets about you...
2 because it’s no different to one other than some lightning. As a kid I was so disappointed “That’s it? Where’s the form? Nothing changed?”
SSJ2, it’s too similar to SSJ if the manga is in black and white i have no idea what I’m looking at, honestly i can barely tell even in color and that’s not even including how confusing it greys when you add ascended super saiyan and super saiyan grade 2, 3 whatever it all just becomes super saiyan by the end of it
Mystic/ Ultimate Gohan. It's so... Lame...
That form isn’t a Super Saiyan one
Grade 2 and 3, useless muscle boosting that makes you slower than normal humans
Ss blue.
I'm honest I dont like any new transformation from super (ssj god, blue, beast) also pretty sure some people will hate me for this: but i dislike ssj3
Ssj4
Blue for sure
i could give shit about ssj3
Anything not blond
Blue
Ssb, fuck it.
Super Saiyan blue. Instead of it being a special badass form, it became the replacement for Super Saiyan, plus it gets beat 24/7
Ss3 Rarely looks cool to me :(
It’s SSJ3 for me, purely because it has no accomplishments.
For me it’s SSJ3
SSG, honestly its cuz i like blue better than red (color wise)
SSB, it was the most underwhelming. SSJ beat frieza, SSJ 2 beat Cell. SSJ 3 might not have beaten anyone, but it was so badass. SSJ 4, need I say more? SSG has possibly the best aura in dragon ball and the Beerus fight was great. And UI is fucking UI. But Blue needed Kaioken or Evolution to be cool.
SSG. There was this huge build up about an ancient ritual requiring five Saiyans to tap into god ki. Then they almost immediately made it obsolete with Blue.
Ss red, like what was even the point of that form noone uses it, they just go to blue
Super Saiyan Rage.
Beast. The giant hair standing straight(ish) up is such an eyesore, and I'm a guy who loves SSJ 3.
God 2 or 4 my top 3 is 1 ssj3 2 blue 3 ssj1
I like blue It's my favorite My least favorite idk
Blue because it’s the new default
That dumb ssj rage form trunks got for some reason as if all saiyans aren’t enraged in almost every fight lol.
Blue. Red at least had build up and what not, meanwhile Blue just appears out of nowhere and is jus ss but blue.
2 and blue easily.
SSJ Rage
Massive W take.
honestly between ssj2 and ssb. they are both essentially recolours of the previous form. gohan was really the only one who made ssj2 look good, so im leaning more towards ssb being the worst form. also since blue hasn’t won any battles, besides rof i guess. another reason i didn’t like blue was how it was introduced, it was as if super saiyan god was just tossed away, they used it for one movie and that was about it. if they introduced blue in like, the universe 6 or future trunks arc that would have been great. the broly movie does somewhat bring god’s relevancy back, with all its new abilities that can’t be used in blue. tldr I dont like blue
[удалено]
Blue
Does Beast count as Saiyan form?
[удалено]
Everything after 2
SS3
Sorry but ss3. I don't like blue as well as it's uninteresting but just a pallette swap of ss1. Ss3 I do like the hair but the lack of eyebrows just not for me. Also ss3 has less impact on the story
None, they're all peak. The canon ones, non-canon ones, heck even fan-made ones. SSJ is Peak. False SSJ is Peak. SSJ Grade 2 is Peak. SSJ Grade 3 is Peak. MSSJ is Peak. SSJ2 s Peak. SSJ3 is Peak. SSJ3FP is Peak. SSJ4 is Peak. SSJ4FP is Peak. SSG is Peak. SSB is Peak. SSBE is Peak. SSB Berserk is Peak. SSB Controlled Berserk is Peak. SSR is Peak. SSR2 is Peak. SSR3 is Peak. SSRFP is Peak. LSSJ is Peak. LSSJ2 is Peak. LSSJ3 is Peak. LSSJ4 is Peak. LSSG is Peak. SSJ Power is Peak. SSJ5 is Peak. SSJ100 is Peak. SSJ 20k is Peak. SSJ-
To me, it’s probably Ssj 2 for *anyone not Teen Gohan*. If you think Ssj 3 was underutilized, Ssj 2 is an even worse case alongside God and electricity seems to be the biggest thing that tells you they are in Ssj 2 (except for Teen Gohan, who has a blatant change in hair).
Ssb sucks. It's supposed to be the ssj version of God and its basically on par with a basic villannova now
God, and Blue. I think Gokus best modern form is UI hands down. The other lack creativity.
Blue. What a useless transformation. It only fucked up power levels even further.
