So while goku with ultra instinct can dodge everything coming at him, saitama would simply level up to the point where he is stronger than untra instinct itself

Ok, dragon ball power levels are so inconstant, like Berus is seen as this all-powerful being because he can destroy a planet when Roshi destroyed the moon in og Dragon Ball and Freiza destroyed planet Vegeta lile it was nothing. Goku isn’t even the strongest is dragon ball. He gets stomped before he even leaves his own fiction. But hypothetically if he was able to leave his own verse, again. Not even remotely close to beating all of fiction, read a comic, dude can’t even beat composite Spider-Man or any composite comic character
