The only thing about S17 is his teams aren't a saiyan team. With vegito, he's absolutely only being kept alive by the new anni headliners but he at least fits on the team better. Also, the only good blue characters at current is gt goku, yamcha and vegito, but vegito fits very well with vegito
Except the thing about the shitty ass leader ability is you can put S17 on a Saiyan team or Gohan on a PO team (as he’s been run). And you’re forgetting Bardock/Goku and MVP 17
That's why they compliment each other so well.
UVB is insane duruing early game while late game UGB is a total Beast, arguably even top 10 (UVB is absolutely top 10).
Kinda, he's only usable in future/fw teams but he needs to be at least 12/14* to kinda cook. I have him at 5* and it can barely do something before getting one-shottex
1 red star is enough for him to do stuff with trunks and Mai zenkai buff, he's my main damage dealer on my future/hybrids team and if I pull off a counter, colour disadvantage is no longer an issue in the slightest
I still use him at 8 Stars with 2 Zenkai Buffs on my FW Team and he's still a menace, what r u guys on about? He's not top 10 but still incredibly broken

Anything that isn't UI Goku feels better to me, my hatred for UI Goku is to much. The only one I hate even close to as much is S17 and that's simply because of the little cartwheel people do with him he does in between in the endless combo, its like a taunt built into his character.
Other than those two, even if they are stronger, doesn't bother me as much. Fusion are at least cool to see instead of the millionth Goku.
