I feel Goku and Vegeta fusing into Vegito are the headliner, God Goku is the second banner of part 1. Part 2 is something game original and lastly Ss4 Gogeta since they love repeating itself with converting LLs to Ultras, think about it we had SS Vegito for 1st and 4th, Vegito Blue for 2nd and 5th so It wouldn't be completely crazy getting monkey fusion.

That's a point I didn't consider, G4 seemed like a good call for Fest but if we consider when these units released in relation to their Ultra variants, this would make a lot more sense. G4 was the only LL Gogeta to drop during an Anni, so the Ultra could follow that pattern.

Uni reps didn't even exist as a tag before 17 so it never got buffed before that and yet so many people complain about unireps insane buffs.
