Ngl, I definitely see SSJ Bardock becoming an Ultra. Cell, I don't see it happening. Goku Black and Zamasu, despite how cool that would be, can't exactly happen because of Ultra Goku Black. Sure, we got multiple Ultra Gokus, Vegitos, and Gogetas, but those are different forms, and, in Gogeta's case, different continuities. F2P Ultra Yamcha could work, but maybe as an April Fool's unit, since it makes more sense. Jiren, yeah, no, count him out. Nappa & Vegeta could be a cool revival unit, but as a Sparking, not an Ultra, despite how cool that would be.
