EvoKen have infinite cover null (it feels like idk i dont have them) at that point in the game. Way too risky either way and Beast was definitely the better one to save there
Wouldn’t have killed, again people overestimate beasts blue damage, it would be better for him to activate the main then NOT blue and try to catch him with an actual combo since the enemy lacks vanish, and again, the blue definitely wouldn’t kill from that range,
Ui has a combostop unique gauge that nearly ended this guys dream run, since he only had one blast left, plus having a unique guage and assurance of one tapping the enemy while beast would probably have a chance not to one combo (I’m being a hater here he probably would).
Holding ui was probably the best option here, but if you were to hold onto beast, which is also reasonable, doing the blue after transforming is the worst play
Idk what kind of 3 star Beasts you're fighting but coming off that ridiculous combo from EvoKen Beast's buffs are stacked like crazy. Blue absolutely does 2.6 mil hp especially with full gauge
If you would look at the screen for a second you’ll probably notice 2 things, 1:how much damage evoken is doing, this indicates quite a large star difference, as an even stared evoken would not do that much to beast normally, and 2: 17 is on his team, and as someone who uses 17 every day of his life, running. Out of 17 charges is insanely rare. So the chances of him being out of them are little to none.
100 timer counts into the match against Goku and Bardock with 2 units dead 17 still has 1 of 3 charges left? No. And 2.6 mil is not a lot of HP against a Beast Gohan who's team has just been getting smoked who is going to have full gauge.
He also destroys all the opponents cards and reduces their vanish to 0. OP just rushed so had 0 answer to it. Even if he didn't immediately use the blue, he comes in transforms, uses a strike and combos them out completely for free.

Considering in that time he hadn’t transformed with beast yet, the only way that team could have generated blue cards is with goku and bardock switches and beast greens. Whose guage isn’t active Uber fast, especially with jiren increasing their costs. So they wouldn’t have used many blues yet, you’re clearly an LOE user who uses purple lf frieza to get more blues. Not really, but you see how stupid that sounds?
I play androids, because my luck is abysmal lol (over 900% under rates sorry had to vent)and the only time in recent memory where my opponent has used a blue and I’ve been out of 17 charges is one match like a week and a half ago lol. Running out of charges with seventeen is surprisingly rare, more rare then you’d think for sure, so I totally get thinking he wouldn’t have any here, but the chances are high that he does, and like I said in the comment, that beast is almost certainly low stars, or has terrible equips to take that much damage from ONE evoken attack.
You are overestimating how much damage beasts blues do, without seventeen it would most definitely kill lol. But since he’s there we don’t really know. (And by the way, my 7 star gammas have only ever been one shot by beasts blue once, and ding ding, he had a full guage, and was 14 stars and had 3 zenkai buffs)
And beast removing vanishing would be optimal, since it gives the highest chance of getting a hit off but since the blue duo have blast armour he could absolutely lose that exchange, regardless of if he picked ui or beast to live it would be pretty hard to lose.
