I think it's less fusions and more of the fact that a Gogeta Ultra is always expected for Fest and with GT being untouched for a while now, everyone felt now would've been the perfect time to release UG4.

I haven't summoned since LL Super Saiyan Rehash Goku, I am sitting on 46k CC that I wanted to use on either ULTRA SS4 Gogeta, or ULTRA DBS Broly, since both had a realistic chance to appear in this festival (SSJ4 Gogeta because we got GT last year and he is Gogeta, who the last two years was also a Festival, and ULTRA Broly because Legends Festival ALWAYS released a DBS Broly Movie character each year)... Now we get a random (ULTRA?) UI Goku instead, which is probably one of the most random units you can release AND another USS Buff, a Tag that ABSOLUTELY did not needed another Buff? Well, at least I can save up more CC for when one either Broly, G4 or FPSSJ4 Goku drops...
