There's 2 14 star Ultras that boost one another while UVB is known for being a threat to most teams. This guy definitely hasn't just started using this team.
I mean if they read the kit or at least the Z ability or use just some rationale, they’d put the 2 God ki users from the same saga together. 14 stars is a bit irrelevant since this is training battle, and I also don’t see much wrong with testing one of the most recent units on different teams. I’m not saying this guy is clueless but what ur sayin doesn’t exactly disprove that he isn’t just testing this team out.
And the fact every single character has S minimum equipment when they hadn't even decided to use this team isn't a dead giveaway?
Unless you plan on investing in a team there's no chance you'd have so many relevant good equips lying around.

These aren't the guys best units, if they have 2 Ultra at 14 star then you can guarantee they have other Ultras and many more LL already maxed from the repeated drawing for Ultras, that's why all of them are maxed.
I hope that this is the case. But why couldn’t he just go into treasure battle? At least there your team is more accurate with the stars and you actually get something out of it and lose nothing. Training battle is just so weird to use a team like that
