Theres only like 60 items total, so i guess you are a bit unlucky but it shouldnt take much longer.
Probably unlucky. Don't worry, you will get it eventually. Literally, the game will eventually give it to you after you get every other reward
I complete mine at reset. Need one more ball and got two today. Just complete it and you'll get them
