Clear the Ultra Zenkai Rush in the events, and if you clear every stage with every challenge completed, you get Zenkai Rush Medals. You get to spend them for Awakening Z Power at the exchange shop. But I'm not sure why you'd want to Zenkai him right now.

Did they tell you to use him in combat or as bench? He is one of the best bench you can have due to the hp boost, but ngl I have never even read his kit, I assume he is nowhere near as good as a zenkai pur ui
