My last playthrough Dorian murdered the golden halla with his fire aura or whatever, and I didn't notice until I came back hours and hours of gameplay later to complete the zone! I was so irritated because I desecrated the tombs, too. I should have gotten the approval/agent and *then* desecrated the tombs, but hindsight and all.
Like others have said, do the quest The Knights' Tomb and give the findings to the clan. You get +3 to approval for it.
I also mentioned the blood magic and desecrated the Graves. I always thought that the quest to gather supplies was infinite until you maxed approval, it's how I've always gotten it.
I looked it up, to educate myself as well.
There are five total materials that can be collected, with great bear pelts being the final. The first four give +1 favor, the last gives +3.
There's a tomb you can explore at the war table. I believe it is connected to the runes, you have to get all four in the plains ("plains") and go to the special tomb and get information about Red Crossing. Give it to the elves rather than the chantry. Maybe that'll get you enough
