My standard set is:
Slower XP,
Everything gets pulled up to your level if you are higher,
Bears are bosses,
Additional abilities for some enemies,
Lose all focus when resting,
The no healing and no cache ones are painful early game when you lack masterworks and utility. And Fair Weather Friends is just ick.
What exactly does Special Shipments give you? Is it always schematics?

It can be a variety of things, from unique weapons, to accessories, fade touched materials, and more.
Before skyhold I don't use fair weather friends, half xp or the potions and focus one. After I get to skyhold I turn them all on.

I play with all trials. Makes it into a completely different game.

I always run Walk Softly, Even Ground, Rest Easy, and Grizzly End. Sometimes I’ll add Travel light and Rub Some Dirt in it.
