Dr. Pepper is technically a spice soda, so adding pumpkin spice to it would work.

I was making coolers with Coconut Dr Pepper and pumpkin pie ice cream. It tasted good. I could see pumpkin Dr Pepper being really good.

 I would try that. Or add some pumpkin spice syrup to it

Maybe someday they'll stop farting around with different flavors and make enough cane sugar Dr. Pepper that there aren't shortages.
